I also get random no phone signal when at home, tho I figure its more of a line problem than sensation's problem. My previous wildfire also same.

i change the network to GSM Only, improved from 2 bar to full, try it

im curious as well if root phone can get case replace, very leceh want to unroot

As for sis vs ap it's simple, with sis set get 1year warranty and if register online, u get another year.

U can go sis website and key in your imei number to check whether it's valid warranty in Malaysia.

Buy in forum through COD means that you can complain anything in the dispute zone in case anything happen compared to almost nothing you can do if you buy from a phone stall and ended up with problematic phone.

Well, just asking. That one is HTC sensation battery.

this is easy to answer. when u go out walk walk, u see more users with S2 more than you see htc sensation. hence more users in s2 thread. this is my personal experience tho.

even i originally wanted s2 white. but since samsung decided to nerf the cpu/gpu in the new batch of s2, they lost 1 customer hehe.

I have both and I must say the sgsII is much superior in many aspects. Also the advertising blitz in local newspaper make awareness of the SGS II better. One hardly see HTC sensation advert

i believe in singapore the marketing for HTC product is quite big..you can see from their FB page, they held so much event for their phones..unlike in malaysia..IMHO SGSII is only superior on paper only...and software wise, i believe HTC have the edge...not to mention build quality.

From what i heard the XE actually have longer battery life than SGSII, even the regular sensation have better battery life than SGSII, don't know how true is that.

I actually tried both devices before, HTC sense made me say "WOW", while SGSII's touch wiz made me say "yet another iphone-ish interface".

Never like HTC sense - is memory hogger. I replace it with plain zeam launcher. Good for newbies to android I would say. Similarly I also don't like Samsung touchwiz which I replace with adw
The cons of SGS II vs sensation - build quality not so classy, temperature you can feel higher due to its thiness, battery life slight higher few percent.
there will be never end debate which is better. For me based on my needs the SGS II wins.
Both phones have pro n con.
