erk..i think samsung has worst battery life than XE..due to the synchronous dual core processor and it is hotter too compared to XE

For me, the only department where S2 scores is the weight and the screen.

The lightness of the phone is mainly contributed from the plasticky covers.

in my opinion, the only pros that the samsung screen has over the normal SLCD is only viewing angle..it does not change the color even when you viewed it from different angle..thats about it, that again we dont usually see our screen from an angle right? And do note that Amoled is prone to burn in, it means that over the course of time, the more stationary stuff like the clock or the notification bar will stay on the screen permanently..its very obvious when the screen is full white. And most of the screen has yellow tint too, and samsung rectify it by altering the colour of the screen to compensate for a hardware issue. I find the screen abit blue-ish too, it is probably like that because the blue LED on the screen is usually the 1st to die..hence it will make matter not so obvious.

And if the colour is too sharp,it actually spoils your eye.

Very easy...
Download a complete white wallpaper on both phones.
HTC will show exact white colour but
SGS2 will show yellowish on the sceen even the wallpaper is white.
This show colour is fake on amoled screen.

You ask this question here, most users will tell you go for htc sensation xe
I have used both phones and I'd say display is a personal matter. Go and view it yourself. As for me I find the SGS II better and don't be too worry over the technicalities behind each display.

My wife uses the SGSII, and I can safely say the battery is BAD, she uses
Car charger & USB charger at work all the time, weekends her batt last not more then
Half a day, with constant 3G on... BUT at the same time, my SE also about the same
When it comes to battery, half a day tops...screen wise, I like the sgsII....
