any idea how to make 3G video call without need to use Skype?
HTC support reply said currently video call not supported because of Android and they recommend to download 3rd party software, eg: Skype. Is it true?

Now only I realize there's no video call option on my Sensation.

Below is the reply from HTC support thru email:

Thank you for contacting HTC regarding your HTC Sensation XE.

Making Video calls is currently only available by downloading 3rd party applications.

Video Call Compatibility

AT present these handsets run the 2.3 (Gingerbread) versions of the Android OS and these does not natively support video calls.

In the future, it is rumoured that this will natively support video calls, but this is not known yet.

In the meantime, until video calls are natively supported, customers will need to use a third party application to utilise video calling. The people they are calling will need to also have this software installed on their handsets.

There are currently two applications which will support video calling, Fring and Tango Video Calls.

Skype have said they will be updating their software in the future to support video calling on the android platform.

This information is subject to change at any time as updates and new software is released.

Oh mai. How come so expensive one? Did you ask bout the matte-typed? If clear SP is 30bucks, the matte one should be >RM30?

If it's a good sp which covers whole screen, rm30 isn't that bad. Provided that's with installation fee. Besides, an average branded sp on amazon also cost bout usd 10.

i also dunno why so damn exp... maybe it's imported from jp or Europe . i guess that's the price we need to pay for fully covered sp since very hard to get one for sensation from the market. but i read from previous reply in this thread that they got it for 20 bux from same outlet.. if 20 bux i stret buy..

didn't bother to ask matte cos for sure it'll be more exp..

I've already wasted 70 bux for idefense sp, so i don want to fork out so much money on sp again..

i went there last weekend. yes,the price is RM30...clear full screen. btw,the guy working there with spikey hair is a bit lansi
