they have no idea because it was fixed by ppl from amcorp NCC (we sent and collected the unit to/at NCC SS15, subang jaya)
No report/invoice? Or not information in the report/invoice?

Don't send to NCC Subang Jaya or it will take at least 2 weeks to come out. Try the 1Utama NCC. They are more professional.
+1.

The reason is the Ss15 Nokia care is in the process be taken over by Mobile Technic aka Amcorp Nokia Care. So at the moment they dont repair any phone at SS15 they will send your phone to the Amcorp outlet.
So is highly recommended to send to Amcorp Nokia Care. Mine suddenly cant detect simcard. No matter what sim you put it cant work. At the Nokia Care they said the same thing could be my sim card issue. I took two nokia N9 to show them switch immediately the same simcard one work one doesnt.
So they said need to troubleshoot on wednesday and today they called me informing me that my motherboard spoil. I was like simcard cant detect can be so serious as motherboard spoil then she said can be ready by tomorrow for collection.
As I previously mentioned before, cut micro-SIM have tendency of damaging the sim card slot (reader); But it maybe very rare; Your case may not due to the cut micro-SIM, but what I trying to highlight last time is that there is such possibility, so that's why I insist of not advising people to go for proper replacement, because if we recommend people to "cut", and then something happen, it's a big responsibility.
As I know, if the sim card slot (reader) is damaged, the whole motherboard needs to be replaced.

my unit still up for sale..seems like this device does not have enough market awareness making it soo hard to sell..what more used item?!! Hahaha..
its a pity for nokia for having such a capable platform but doesn't put enough effort to complete it before the user get their hands on it..as of now Im not sure my 8 months wait worth it or not..wahahhaha
so as long as I have this device..I'll use it lohr..hehhe
The longer it will be less value, unless you sell to those people who wants the N9. I've mentioned before, it's not easy to sell especially if delay longer, the spec is already dated (most people look into specs) and newer phones are coming out very fast.
If Pity, it's been a big pity long before N9. The N900 (Maemo5) was supposedly one of the best around back then despite it's spec is lower, but what it can do, what it offers, is what others can't. Not even N9 (MeeGo). Based on what it can do and what it offers, it could've been very successful but not enough effort was put into the OS.
As current N9, it's going through roughly the same phase as N900 back then... PR1.1, PR1.2; N900 stops at PR1.2, which takes a long time... N9 seems much better, in a way, where it got far far better OVI Store (ignoring the application repositories), and a word of the support up to 2014. The N900 (Maemo5) was like suddenly abandon, the OS itself is very incomplete, but they're working on Harmattan already? They don't even bother to complete the Maemo5.
