yeah seems like cant choose a new fund thru PPA (only top up to existing funds) so may still need to go through the bank/FSM to buy new funds for first time then can top-up subsequent years.

Noted that the past 2 years, even Public Bank PRS which was bad the initial years are doing better.

I enrolled online justnow and invested via FPX. But it did not show my PPA number...

Do you receive any email from them?
Maybe your account/profile is not created yet despite your enrollment.

I have no idea.
My account has been created years back during the dawn of PRS.

My prs allocation:
Affin Hwang prs growth fund -80% , plan to top up 3000 at quarter 4
Principal prs plus Asia Pacific class C -20%

But who is the middle person? There must one person help u open account first

Based on the tnc, they will help him forward to the provider. If u buy principal fund, u application go to principal assets investment lo.
First time have to wait until they helpbu open account n they will email or mail ur statements. That time baru he can perform online top up.
Like me, i through FSM, FSM forward my application to affin Hwang, after that i get my ppa number n statement from Affin hwang
Second time if i buy from principal, principal will mail me statement. FSM just help me be the middle man.
Am i right?

Only that 8 middle man can open ppa account n sell u prs fund. Right?

That is not called middle person.
PPA is directly working with PRS provider.
Online enrollment at PPA website should save all the manual paper works if we were to buy with FSM.

FSM is the middle person since they forward your application to PRS provider.

So, that mean PPA will open the account n forward his application to the provider?

That mean he won't get the PPA number bcoz account haven't open yet?

There're two accounts to be opened throughout the whole online enrollment process:

1. PPA account at PPA website
2. PRS fund account at respective PRS provider

According to the T&C, PPA will complete the PPA account opening AFTER PRS account at PRS provider is successfully created with numbers of units and etc.
