When the show unit will ready? Early Aug, Mid Aug or End Aug? Or it delay again???

Anyone receive letter from bank to service the loan?

how is the access to rawang nowaday? from Rawang to KL city roughly how long?

By Latar highway? heard that 15-20minute from M residence to KL...
Other please comment.

From rawang toll to Subang toll need 20 minute (If no traffic jam) -> tested by myself.

too far from Rawang town, almost close to Kundang. Not interested on it

Any status for the show unit? last time the sales operator told me that early of august the M-residence phase 2 show unit will be ready.....

Not really far, m residence to jusco : 3km, to rawang toll : 6km.....still acceptable.

M residence to Jusco - 2km? rawang toll : 5-6km (Now the road become 4 lane).
However, sales operator told me that M-residence there will have 1 Tesco/Giant.
and will have Business center behind the jusco (All bank, restaurant, working place are there). insider news saying that the land is mahsing also.
and M-residence 2 will coming soon (all Semi-D), just opposite the M-residence....hehe...


So everything's are near.


I just share whatever information that i get from Mahsing sales operator / lawyer. Any other information? please share it..

Additional Information. Can play golf there, environment is green.it's good for own stay... haha.

I agreed on MS so far have been able to deliver their products according to design. However something i feel that there over-promise of their project in terms of ROI e.g Southgate and exorbitant pricing..read the star sunday, icon PJ already sold more than 1k/psf... i wonder whoever that paid that, must have great vision in his life...

Are the semi-d launching this weekend? any indicative pricing? can invest?

I called to Lawyer, he told me do nothing. That letter just a information only.
However, i read the letter in detail. Look like it require me to sign somethings and reply back.
