MS normally build gate later..

When i bought the M-residence property in phase 2. Sales operator already mentioned, all phase (1,2,3,4) got proper Guard house. However M-residence is Freehold so that it only got transparent guarded surrounding compare to list hold proper guarded. Please correct me if i'm wrong and please share the information.

Gated and guarded or not nothing to do with freehold or leasehold lah.

MS is one of the best developers that "brought " us up ! If not the best but still one of the best developers . without these good developers we wont make our fortune . The point i would raise here is now even with best developers you got to balance up the feasibility of the projects .  a guy said 20 years becomes $ xxxxxxxx  and blabla ... of coz he has his point but i can tell you after 20 yrs  u should have xxxxxx grey hairs la ( thats for sure    )...... perhaps still at the same house and paper gain shiok sendiri .  i heard too much of this statements .

Dengar MS kat rawang ... then all the way la good investment la  .... hahahaha very famous statement with rawang /batu arang people that i knew .

not all MS project will be " successfull ".  there are many fortune tellers that are good at talking but basically are empty vessels . Of coz some do have their valid points .

the game for investing is to make money and not syiok sendiri . period !

I thought it will be 4 lanes from the toll to Bandar Tasik Putri, not from Rawang town?

No matter how, I believe Mahsing will make M-residence success else M-residence 2 will be difficult for selling..
However, Rawang will become a township soon.. Look at Emerald west (I like the design so much)..

Do you have exact date when it will open to public?

This weekend, M-residence will launch Semi-D. Anyone of you know what is the price for this Semi-D? RM 900k ++? Can share?

I Don't know but sales operator told me that should be early of August.

Was at M Residence today noon. Semi-D price from 918K above, those facing playground add 30K, with 6% discount during this launch weekend. So far 14 units booked out of 60+. Spec is basic, all tiles floor. Design looks good. No back lane. Sat is for registered guest. Sunday open to public, SA says expect better sales on Sunday. The Semi-d is at the highest point of this Mah Sing land parcel. Land area is 12ft wide. Well, that's all I can remember.
Btw the link house still have units available with 5% discount.
Drop by at Emerald West, the place looks really nice but it was after 6, so may go again tomorrow.
