This few months, i receive many pamphlet from agent looking property in Rawang...
I think many people start looking house in Rawang already rclxms.gif welcome2...
Wondering how much my house now hmm.gif

Here the tricky part. Location vs the mighty developer. Location is the big issue here n i cant see how mah sing can overturn the rules here. Location x 3 always the rule. Good luck wink.gif

You are right, please refer to propose master plan, on the top, right side.
They already reserve the place for hypermarket.....

But it still OK for me as Jusco just few meters only, I will not go hypermarket everyday, pokai lor....

this one hard to say woh....location...depends on luck also...

when my family first bought a house in Bandar kinrara in 1992..ppl said bodoh why buy so far macam hutan, access road sux...go pj far,..go kl far....i go school also far....and family agree also...but wat to do...we poor mah so buy far away lor...

mana tau 20 years later...BK = best location.....now dsl 22 X 75 oledi reaching RM1M

so nobody knows maybe rawang 20 years later = best location..

In my personal opinion, Rawang potential is very high...
1) Highway Toll to PJ and KL (within 1/2 hour).
2) Green area.
3) Alot potential developer are coming to develop this area
4) currently got 2 hypermarket (Tesco and Jusco).
5) A lot semi-D,superlink house are launching soon.(When a lot resident are here (population increase) then value also increase
6) KTM station
7) I foreseen LRT station will extends from sungai buloh to rawang in future (But it need time for sure)



Did you all smelt somethings? smile.gif

However, i like M-residence concept and design (especially the G&G + club house facility). Surrounding are green which suitable for living.. smile.gif

My sis is staying in Aman Perdana which another project developed by MAh Sing.........Let google for Mah Sing Aman Perdana Pollution and see what happened to MAh Sing project......I think it could be another "GREAT" project by them................

Are you quoting about the similarity of M-Residence's environment against Aman Perdana or M.S. being irresponsibly developer who caused the pollution in their dev projects ?

I thought Aman Perdana pollution problem already solved? no aaa? I never liked TMS. Always ckp lain, buat lain one. See la Icon Shitty design also changed a lot

I think M-residence is not G&G...Guarded only, but the entrance is nice! thumbup.gif

U r partly right, of course if u got bullet u can get the best prop at best location but hse owner wanabe requirement has change in recent years due to all the prices hike..imho i believe location like rawang, bangi landed properties hv high potential in near future..

MS is one of the best developers that "brought " us up ! If not the best but still one of the best developers . without these good developers we wont make our fortune . The point i would raise here is now even with best developers you got to balance up the feasibility of the projects . a guy said 20 years becomes $ xxxxxxxx and blabla ... of coz he has his point but i can tell you after 20 yrs u should have xxxxxx grey hairs la ( thats for sure tongue.gif )...... perhaps still at the same house and paper gain shiok sendiri . i heard too much of this statements .

not all MS project will be " successfull ". there are many fortune tellers that are good at talking but basically are empty vessels . Of coz some do have their valid points .
