I spoke to Mah Sing yesterday. They update me that the Cheques are pending Tan Sri signature. According to Ms. Lily, hopefully by early next week can call Owner to collect cheque. We just cross our finger and hope we will get it by early next week. It's Merdeka mood now. haha.

hi bro , I'm still confused on the calculation of LAD claim , Mahsing didn't provide any letter to declare about this , so mind sharing ? 10% devide by 365days ? Thx .

Bro, my suggestion is to chase your banker.
Call the bank customer service or dropby the bank for their expedition.
I did mine too last week and it released within the day...

based on my understanding on SPA, here is the calculation

$LAD = (($Purchase * 10%) / $TotalDaysOfYear) * (DayDiff($VPDate - $ExpectedVPDate))

Assumption:
Expected VP Date: 1st May 2014
VP Date: 14th Aug 2014
Purchase Price: RM 500,000
Total Days of Year = 365 Days)

$LAD = ((RM 500,000 * 10%) / 365 Days) * (14-Aug - 1-May)
$LAD = (RM 50,000 / 365) * (105 Days)
$LAD = RM 136.99 * 105
$LAD = RM 14,383.95

It should be around that amount +-.

my hlbb has released full payment, and i made appointment just now, booked them on middle of september - weekday. weekend fully booked till mid of october.
