i just received call, LAD cheque ready. Dunno whether it's full amount or not. i'm worry about the amount.

better ask the actual amount, and compare with your calculation, before u go over..

my fren collected the keys (Phase 2) but he is very disappointed as the keys collected w/o pouch (just like rm100k flat keys). Without power supply yet.. Anyone facing same issue?

Is ok lahh with or without pouch.. Not to say will give u good quality leather pouch.. But without power supply is unacceptable..

FYI, the main incoming power supply (TNB) metering fuse is removed & keep inside the house...
You can connect it anytime and the meter will start running if there is any usage...

referral bonus will be paid when bank released the 1st payment, MR2 project - u slowly wait lahh.. i got my referral bonus for MR1 buyer last year

i have also collected my key last saturday (Phase 2), there is quite a number of defects. My major concern is the drive way to my house is very steep and it almost touch the bottom of my car when i try to park my car. If all my family member was in the car, it 100% will scratch the bottom of the car when enter.

anyone in Phase 2 have this problem? no sure whether i can call this defect or not.
please advice on this.

I have the same issue for Phase 1 unit...
Basically the slope is too steep and it definitely touched the bottom of the vehicle..
I will log this down as part of defects...

Other than that, i am fine with the overall workmanship...
