i think so. there actual site are doing land clearing now. you can see it from NSK Rawang. but not too sure whether that's the accurate site or not. In sg. bakau (direction to M-Residence) also has major land clearing activities on hill nearby to highway. I think that's the linkage of The TWO between 2 site.

I found few advertisement of MR in i-property......
When target VP?
Most expensive is 750k corner lot phase 1

if Corner Lot Phase 1 SuperLink (22x80) then RM 750K is fair. But if Corner-Link (18x70), then it's a bit too expensive.

Yes got thus the super link in phase 1 cheaper than phase 2 cos share the entrance with 18 x 70.

Phase 1 22x80 is cheaper by about 50k compared to Phase 4 22x80 both facing field. Phase 1 complete earlier so can save more on interest.

Didnt know there was any definition like 24' for super link.

Everybody must have thought it sounded nice...the word Super and didnt raise this term to be an issue.

These days names are wrongly uaed to market feel good factor......

And why not? There is no legal implication for this.

The Mansion is the name of one of the phase in DPC. Its not the property type is mansion. Lol.
