Phase 1 22x80 is cheaper by about 50k compared to Phase 4 22x80 both facing field. Phase 1 complete earlier so can save more on interest.

Everybody must have thought it sounded nice...the word Super and didnt raise this term to be an issue.

These days names are wrongly uaed to market feel good factor......
