Price was 550K before 7% discount. I chose the unit facing taman and paid extra 30K. All in all came to 542K after discount with facing taman.

i also bought one unit at phase1 during the preview sales, but it is 18x70, price after discount 397k. hope the unit is not too small.. sigh..

I also received it few weeks ago but the amount much higher, 148+k
Did clarify with MS as the foundation have start yet....MS told it just for doc. preparation only, not really understand  drool.gif
Based on S&P, they need to completed it first only can demand for money.

maybe yours are Super Link. so, higher demand.

Hi everyone!

I bought phase 1 22X80 and booked it on the launching date itself trusting that Mah Sing is a reliable developer. I visited the showroom unit about 6 weeks ago and they were just completing it with landscaping to be done and road yet be paved. I saw the unit and thought that the kitchen was small and probably need to renovate (maybe remove the backroom etc).

I have been following all threads in this forum and was worried if I made the right decision in purchasing. I went back again yesterday and managed to sneak into 100% completed furnished unit. I was very very happy to see the luxurious unit and how spacious it was. Entrance, Landscape and the road are magnificent. I am 110% satisfied. To those out there, visit the showroom before judging the unit and Mahsing.

The orange entrance door has been replaced with dark brown. However, I am still curious as to why there is a window above the front entrance and back door. We need to clarify this.

+1. great. smile.gif thanks for the info.

Is it ? Orange entrance door already been replaced by dark brown? =) hehe...
I think Mahsing also think that it's no make sense to use the orange color door. However, i hope that not only the show unit door replaced but it's for every house there... Hope can get the clarification during visiting the show unit ...

Anyone of you can share the latest show unit photo? =)

Thanks...

can. no problem. my mom's house can accomodate 1 X CRV (year 97) and 1 X Kelisa parked side by side. 1 of the neighbour parked, 1 X Suzuki APV and 1 X Kelisa as well. not an issue. my mom's house also has plants on 1 side and clothes hanging on another side. on average, 8 feets are required for the width of 1 car.

Just went to Sales Gallery and was informed that the show houses will be ready by Sept.

Went to site and saw they're working on the interior design. A lot of works in beautifying the landscape too.

Thanks cescmy14! The photos look good. Not sure if the actual units come with fenceless with the adjacent houses or they have yet to put up?
