When you sign the S&P document? if i no mistaken, you should sign within 2 week? am i right? my advice, please view the show unit before make any decision.

not sure , no call from sales people we deal , sign within 2 weeks ? 2 weeks after book? after sign loan agreement?
for sure it is more than 2 weeks ..haha.. btw ..mayb because i am phase 3 buyer .. so they wont rush us to sign the S&P since they havent really start so much work yet ...

yeap must see it before sign anymore documents already =( hopefully they can finish as soon as possible...

Kelvin, red color main entrance door is solid core timber door.Please check back ur S&P.
I think MS paint the door with red color to match with first floor color, 1 of their design.

How come you all can claim MS using cheap material by looking at the photo only. Some of us claim the aluminium window frame also is from cheap/affordable material. I think you all are very smart, by looking the photo already can judge cheap material or good material

There is tricky here, if we wait until the show house completed, may be we cannot get same price as per today or maybe the unit already sold out. Take an example, when phase 2 first launch, the price only RM585k with 7% rebate but today already RM628k with 5% rebate only. Even phase 3 need to pay MOT while phase 2 MOT is paid by developer. When I bought the house, I trust the developer, they are top 10 developer in Malaysia. They won't spoiler their image by cheating us for this project (I hope so)

Koigh, thanks for pdf documents sharing.. we appreciate it.. we know the specification are using timber door. however if based on the photo we see, the timber door that mahsing using are Low spec (not as my expectation in term of design). example: we buy a car, car also got a lot of brand... ford, BMW, honda , proton and etc. however, we are getting the proton car instead.

* i have attached 2 timber door photo for comparison...

All term stated in S&P documents are very common... example: Walls: Bricks... (did not specify what kind of Bricks). agree??

For door, window frame and etc, i believe all of us got eye see in photo. i really dislike the Material that Mahsing give us but no choice so that we need to wait the show unit open for public then only can comment more.. RM 600k ++ to buy this kind of property.. one word can describe .... "No worth“.

i cannot compare mahsing with those big developer like SP setia and etc.. but those developer (sp setia) workmanship and material used really attractive.. especially setia alam house... (< RM 600K for 20*70).

Now M-residence still got alot house no sold yet.. (phase 2, phase 3 and phase 4). how you think why this property is not that hot like other project? I don't think with this show unit, their sales can improve.. however, everyone got different thinking.. i agreed that we cannot judge it by photo...

* myself are believe mahsing because they really got potential built the township in rawang.. however, i really disappointed on this show unit... that is just my feeling.

Thank you Kelvin. Now i understand ur point. Anyway, i will wait the show unit ready, if the quality is very worth, please count me also, we together complain, i support you!!!

My fren, pls look properly, "IF" the TMS pink color door is solid timber, the price is definitely higher than the fancy sample doors that you posted, those doors with many joints are indeed very cheap, go and ask the wood supplier then you will know.
But Again I doubt TMS giving hollow flush door lah

for entrance door, Mahsing should give Solid Core Timber Decorative Door and for bath room door and etc then they can use Solid Core Timber Door. The photo given just a sample for comparison purpose to let us know same word may have different products.

* fancy sample doors photo posted-> That is solid core timber decorative door that i get from web site, else you can refer to other project Solid Core timber door (if you got go to others project show unit).

However, we better tolerance and wait for show unit completed.. (which i have been wait for few month)....Con-promise from mahsing subsidiary company.. (Always delayed)

After view the show unit, if anyone of you are dissatisfy then we can group together and complain....

I would prefer the existing door (if it's really a solid timber door) & not those enclosed sample doors.
It's simple & has minimalist look but too bad, the colour ruin it all..

Decoration and color are BAD.....

use hand paint method to paint it red/pink ..is bad =( .. if it is solid timber door, natural woodgrain should show out =)

Instead of arguing MS using cheap quality which we never see with our own eye, I think we better push MS to speed up the show unit.
Everybody are eager to see the show unit, cannot tahan already, at least before raya must ready

Just dropped a call to MS Sales office to ask and highlight about the quality issue. KIV.

I did not ask for dateline since it is not MS sales to decide when it can be complete.

Just for reference : The Show Unit in Kinrara Residence @ Puchong is very impressive indeed. Price 3-storey 1.1 mil. The door is quite nice, solid timber

Initially the door is painted in purple color, buyer protested and it was restored back to original color

their designer is the same i guess =x

if for me.. for sure i prefer the original wood rather than those repainted with solid colour door.. look not so attractive..no doubt their intension mayb is to match back the overall exterior design...
