yup. i think that's call a boot loop.
always stuck there.

eh, different eh vol up and down.
i try pressing vol down +home+ power only.
later i try with vol up.

Volume up is for Recovery, volume down is for download. One guy in xda even say, he flash back to stock kernel after failing to get into download mode. Just plug in and flash. Dunno true or not. blink.gif

If cannot enter any mode or flash back to original kernel, then i think your only option is samsung service center.

Edit: I think that guy was hahaboy. Maybe you can check with him.

How long were the suspend and events0 time?

Edit: You posted the pictures. Suspend & event 0 is i think the cause. Your device is unable to go to sleep. Some app is keeping your device from sleeping

Read here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1290020

I still got no time to finish reading that thread.

I saw shop selling RM139 for the 2000mAh batt...
some say rm250... rclxub.gif

Just make sure the 2000 is really 2000, not some batt with 1600 but advertise as 2000.
2000 sure will be slightly thicker one and come with different cover.

wonder will they sell the cover only or not.....

Korean ver battery is fine, cover is cacat. Get a proper international ver 2000mah batt and you can use the korean batt with it as spare no prob.

You can ask or PM Eiraku. He's a pro with all type of SGSII battery and accessories.

Where got pro, normal only.

But the 2000mah ori Samsung extended batts ARE hard to find nowadays, most stock is in the Slavic countries. New shipment has yet to reach other places, Malaysia included.

Will check my usual place this weekend if got stock.

200 below acceptable, considering how hard it is to get one (make sure it's ori Samsung with battery cover however). Normal price should be around 150.

@yehlai: Siyah zips through CWM, tars through Odin or DarkyTools2. Some people said that tars can be used with CWM too, however have not tested.

try getting a clear screen protector, spray a bit of rain x on a cloth, and wipe thoroughly. u get the oleophobic effect. doesnt last long though about 24-48 hours. maybe must try use a different type of wax solution that stays on plastic better. i used a cheap 10 bucks screen protector to try, and works like a charm like an expensive sgp oleophobic

Rain X
Bro better don't.. it's corrosive even to the glass. Imagine what can it do to your finger? Later lost all finger print

I don't have this issue. It seems only some people have it so it lead me to think it could be related to some app or setting.

I'm undervolting but barely. I'm trying to undervolt with ninpo now and see if the results are the same. But as I can remember, ninpo was just fine before. If it shows the same, I'll revert to default voltages.

Not using 100MHz. I don't really see any real difference between the governors.I'm sure there is a difference slightly but not noticeable to me.

I didn't get forced closes immediately after flashing it. After 2-3 days then it shows signs of freezing... I undervolt too... that could be another issue too but I don't go way low... just a Tad lower than the default voltages

hey guys, if i have apps on my SDcard (internal storage) and I backup with Titanium backup. then i do a clean wipe and flash a new ROM, will titanium backup correctly? coz when you wipe, the internal storage isn't wiped... so when you restore apps with data on internal storage, will it be restored properly?

Same results. Tried Ondemand with profiles, Interactivex/SmartassV2 w/o profile and I got about the same thing. Even in terms of UV, whatever I set in SetCPU + Ninpo is -25mv below normal to begin with (not shown due to SetCPU + Ninpo bug), so real reason my Siyah couldn't run under the same settings (unless it too is pre-UVed, at lower values then Ninpo).

Guess Siyah just hates former N900 converts lol. Or it has issues with some of it's init.d scripts.

But really, 1 day uptime with Ninpo 2.0.5, no force closes, no reboots, no freezes or anything. I could bearly go past 5 hours without something happening while using Siyah (and I gave it a few days too as I really liked the responsiveness).

Not to say it was a bad kernel though, it was responsive and fun. Just not stable, at least not for me.

Guess it's either a device or ROM/software compatibility thing, some of my apks and configs are after all modded manually. Running Villain 2.4.2 (GB 2.3.4) BTW, feel no need to run up to 2.3.5 at all, yet.

Will wait for the next non-alpha/beta Siyah release and see if it gets more stable. For me.
