yup, register an account, login, on top of the page type "silver shop lot", you should be able to see the result. i just tried it, there is only one result, click on it and you will see the page. you will probably need to press the "like" button or "join" button before you are officially in the group.
enjoy!

Hi property,

it looks nice, can you make it smaller? let's minimise scrolling and put up the list like excel spreadsheet, and not too many details. I suggest :

Name of seller ----- Item for sale ----- selling price
contact details ----- Item for sale ----- selling price
----- Item for sale ---- selling price

Name of buyer ------ item wished ------- target price
contact details ------- item wished ------- target price

and so on, I think we grow or contract our list as and when we bought or sold the item. sorted by name or item.

Just a suggestion, not sure how it can be done and look easy to navigate and nice. And hey, thanks for your help, I will surely be one of the first to put up the list! smile.gif

Dear Moderator,
I am new in this forum, therefore I don't know the rules. However the following are my comments.

1) Non of us here, in fact the whole of Malaysia, are experts in silver. If we are to take long term advices, we should just Google Ted Butler, Robert Kiyosaki, Mike Maloney, Max Kaiser and even Ron Paul. We should not take long term advices from the members of this forum, because we are in fact really clueless as demonstrated by the recent bets on the price of silver in this forum, eventhough it is a prediction of less than a week.
2) No one predicted the May and September 2011 major price corrections, even old hand like GoldChan and many more experiences dealers globally. Unless you are JP Morgan and the Federal Reserve of America.
3) Silver is basicaly a commodity, therefore the amount of basic knowledge is minimal, in the form of price and delivery.
4) Indepth knowledge of Numismatics and rare bullion coins need years of experience in terms of mintage, year of production and their rarity tags with their respective prices.
5) Everybody can quote a price or prediction of price without taking responsibility for the readers who may unconsciously follow their advice.
6) The best advice in terms of price is based on the dealers who are willing to sell their inventories at their quoted price, and this information is very crucial for local silver investors as it reflects clearly the Malaysian market. The best advice is to follows someone who are willing to "put foot into their mouth" scenario, like dealers willing to sell their inventories at respective prices.
7) Why is Silver Lot Shot so popular with more than 3,000 members now? Because people who are interested in silver wanted to buy and sell, period.
8) This forum is really interesting with many Malaysian giving their respective personal commentaries, and we should continue encourage debate and allows "agree to disagree".
9) If we continue with our lively commentaries, and we include buy/sell like "Silver Lot Shop", this forum will really rock.
10) If USA Constitution can changed >50 phrases (laws) in 235 years and Malaysian Constution can changed >600 phrases (laws) in only 54 years, we should be able to change the rules for the betterment of this forum.

I rest my case for the moderator to ponder.

Cheer!

Hi guys, in case I don't get the 9 coloured dragons from China, I am looking at the baby dragon or the silver rectangle dragon from Perth Mint (new release). I guess it will be limited mintage. Any idea which would be a better investment? Did any one buy last year's Rabbit 4 rectangle set? Any views as to whether they make good investment?

Thanks.

Hi taurusbull.

1) I am not a moderator. Just a fellow forumer. cool2.gif
2) Forum rules are here, please spend some time to read it. thumbup.gif
3) I believe that this forum is already 'rock' enough. My concern is when people start posting advertisements to sell, the thread will become overwhelmed and at that time, the mods will surely interfere.
4) That's why it is better to prevent it from the beginning before it becomes worse.
5) However, we can still discuss about how and where to get cheap silver supply in this thread. Now, spikyz is arranging for our first bulk buying and it gets good response from forumers too.
6) You guys can still promote and sell your items, but pls do it in your signature. Look for chef and bassist's signatures. it shows a good example on how u can advertise ur items for sale.

These are strictly my opinions. Feel free to agree or disagree. notworthy.gif

Hi Nidz,
It is good to have opinions that defers. We will leave it to the moderator to decides.

I am not a dealer, and if I am a dealer I must be crazy to sell 3 lots of 11oz silver for RM1,250. I am new in silver, only 2 months exposure, and todate had invested >400 onces silver when the price ranges from USD26 to USD39.

Since so many forumers made so many assumptions, I may one day take the challenge to be a silver dealer to invigorate the local market. KIV and I will inform everyone when I really become a dealer.

Cheer!

If you have lubang for the 9 coloured dragons, please share with me ... rclxms.gif

2012 Year of the Dragon Gold Coloured Proof Coins
2012 Year of the Dragon 1oz Silver Proof Rectangular Four-Coin Set
Baby Dragon - 2011 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin

These three will be released by Perthmint next month.

BTW Rabbit 4 rectangle set still available in Perthmint, which is surprising since only 3k mintage only. I guess people do not like rabbits

Nolah, no lubang. Am still finding the Perth Mint guy to ask him whether can buy or not and how much etc.

Am wondering if the 4 piece rectangle dragon worth investing or not. Guess if can get the 9 coloured dragons will get those - better investment, I think although not proof. What you think?

If you have balls of steel you can try taobao, they are selling it there biggrin.gif

Update: Just checked with a retailer in China, they say they can't send it out of China due to some restrictions, hmm.
