The torque too strong to unsrew/screw, can break the screw. You need to know how to control.

Can always practice. I done trying and because of the bulk size end up getting a cheaper ikea version for small job.

Hi everyone, I wonder is there SDS-plus type metal drill bits available on the market? Or SDS-Plus drill bit is only for concrete?

U mean by using the chuck adapter? But it keeps wobbling right? Not suitable for screwing...

Yes it will wobble, but for small quantity of screw is ok, the problem is hard to control the torque some cheap screw head will snap.

I have an old Bosch impact drill that's not working anymore. Is it better to repair, or buy a new one? I only do light work so normal impact drill is sufficient for me.

Gosh your tip is appreciated.

Been using hammer mode plus hi-speed
so now I will use rotary mode, slower speed
plus oil or water to cool/lube the tile bit.

Will try this ltr today and hope it solves
my sore wrists and burnt bits! If cannot
then it's diamond bits for me.

Thanks!

Is this suitable for me to hack my car porch pillar concrete?

Thanks roxx. Bought one at Soon Heng at same price too. Can't wait to start some diy drillings this weekend on concrete ceilings and walls ! Be using the normal impact drill and yes its real tough when it hit concrete. Glad to learn a lot from here.
