arent they afraid that there are some people (such as myself) that once they heard that there are very limited units left, which means no choice, that they will just go somewhere else?

My friend told me just now that tomorrow takers will get FREE PACKAGE RM50000.00 good 1 may be you can get lucky tomorrow ,wish you guys luck and again ask relevant and smart questions and make sure all discussion are minuted in writing and a copy is given to all buyers at a later date for future references so that you don't need to dispute anymore

There won't be any SPA signing for the launching event today else I would have signed today instead of yesterday. I'm happy with my car park allocation cos they are high floors and not randomly placed.

And to confirm some previous posts about us getting our key at least 3 months after VP, it is true cos the developer gave the contractor 3 months to install the fixture & fittings hence we are given 3 months FOC maintenance charges. After the VP and joint inspection we are to return the key back to developer so their contractor can work on it. Once it is done we will have another inspection again. That is why the defect liability period is 24 mth instead of the usual 18 month. Who went to the high tea session today? I didn't go cos having running nose. Didn't wanna spread my germs to other Leafers. One more thing, confirm our written address gonna be Dedaun, though they will maintain the signage 'The Leafz'.

Went to the high tea but quite later, 5:30pm. The SA was not responsive, like waiting for me to go off. Only 7 units left, all facing Salak South, mainly 750/780 sq ft, mainly at Tower A. SA said those are loan drop out. They did not list out the price, he quoted per unit as I asked, estimated about 520-550 psf. he said same price for A,B or C, dependent on floor levels only, no show room either. Facing highway one all sold out, I guess people sacrifice silent for KLCC view. not sure they increased the price, as I did not follow the last time. The glass wall and glass window looks impressive, plus the sky pool. Not sure this project can rent as what SA said at RM1.8K - RM2.2K for fully furnished 750/780 unit.

As mention wish you guys luck most of the developers say 1 do the other how was the architect briefing, from the feedback I think most of you in this forum never buy only hype about this project cause I dont get feedback from the guys hyping hope you are not paid to hype

did u all notice that the SPA havent stamped yet?? i called to the lawyer, she said the developer holding all the SPA and will only pass to the lawyer by this month for stamping..
