Hello ! I came here to give you business u know? This is the way MBB treats customer ?

Due to urgency, I followed his instruction and furnished a photocopy of my IC and opened a basic SA.
Immediately after that, I went back home and filed a complaint. I did not jot down his name but I mentioned time&date. I received call within 5 minutes and they promised to investigate on this matter. Most important thing is, they agree that the staff MUST NOT ASK CUSTOMER TO PHOTOCOPY IC ON THEIR OWN if the customer did not provide one. So I knew I was right.

This evening around 5.30PM , a person called Ms Yati , she said she from MBB HQ KL. Asking me to explain the story to her again and after I explained,she keep apologize on behalf of that jerk who don't give me a good service. Then she said she will investigate. Another 30 minutes,another person called, She is Ms Audra and she said she is MBB 1UTama Branch Manager,she also listen to my same story and she also keep say sorry. That is not the way of customer service. At last I know the person name but I don't know I shall announce here or not. She said she will help me to do 2nd appeal and see how. If not success,I just wait. At least all MBB staff call me,all also talk politely and the branch manager somemore can joke with me. Not bad.. I definite will go back to her if I need MBB stuff.

I don't think it is necessary to mentioned the guy's name here. What is important is that you complained thru the proper channel and got an immediate response from MBB reps where they have apologized to you.

just got sms... application has been approved... so i check maybank2u.. cc link amex and mc already there..

i wonder, let's say cl is 4k for amex and mc..

is the amount shared or both got 4k CL each?

CIMB has also done a good job for me.
I complaint an impolite staff to HQ by mentioning the whole process, time&date, and his name of course.
Received call from HQ within 1 hour.
After one week, that fella is no more there sweat.gif

True, for complaints, please provide:
- Exact Date & Time (e.g. 1-Dec-2011 11:30am)
- Location (xxxxx KLCC)
- Exact counter (e.g Counter 12 or the reception, etc.) -> This will allow the team to investigate who is on duty at that counter, even without name. Cause for credit card, they may have 2-3 counters open at any time.
- Is the CS a male/female ?
- Your queue number (may not be useful, but maybe relevant)
- Your long grand-father story on the issue you want to complain

Same can be used for Telephone also, but with additional:
- Call which number ? 03-xxxx or 1 800 xxx ?

Whether the investigating team will reveal the culprit's name or not, is up to their discretion. Normally they will hide it and says action taken.

hi guys, i just applied for my Maybank 2 cards last week. looks like i might be getting it real soon..fingers crossed..

anyways a quick question..if i purchase a laptop from Dell online which has 12 months flexi payments at 0% interest, is there any other hidden charges for me?

which is best for my purchase? the Amex or Mastercard?

Dell Easy Payment doesn't accept AMEX.
Dell Full payment accepts AMEX & Mastercard
