from what i know, those bankers who registered us (CC applicants) will get commission... do those who work at the center entitled that too?
if not, maybe u can try to apply at small branches (where the officer are entitled for this commission), as they will try their hard to make ur application successful (win-win situation for both).. unlike those who didnt get it.

I think should be able to apply. because my basic is 2.3k, after deduct this and that only left 2k. I still can get the card within 1 week without any problem. Even didnt reach 30k per annum also no problem. This proof that he lazy to serve poor ass people like us.

Take photo and complaint. If they want reject you, you can show 1 of your credit card applied from other bank, normally is easier if your payment is clean. 

Tell him, "My salary is easily more than yours, just STFO and process my card" like a boss LOL

I think MBB Customer Complaint Team (whatever u call it) is really doing their job.
I complaint an MBB front desk staff for asking me to go back and photocopy my IC.
Hello ! I came here to give you business u know? This is the way MBB treats customer ?

Due to urgency, I followed his instruction and furnished a photocopy of my IC and opened a basic SA.
Immediately after that, I went back home and filed a complaint. I did not jot down his name but I mentioned time&date. I received call within 5 minutes and they promised to investigate on this matter. Most important thing is, they agree that the staff MUST NOT ASK CUSTOMER TO PHOTOCOPY IC ON THEIR OWN if the customer did not provide one. So I knew I was right.

A few months later I was at there again. The man seemed to remember my face 

a friend went to the card center in 1u to apply for d 2kard.... they requested for this n that... one of it is payslip. funny guy la he.. just dont like showin people his payslip. i know he makes lots la. work for one of the telco. anyway... he gave in after i told him how good d card is.. card center staff ask for this info that info.. then got to give a contact for emergency... gave his brother and they asked for his brother's  addres... got pissed and left...

1 mth later.. we were walking at 1u again.. saw the counter promotin the m2kard... a rep came and asked if we were intrested. fren said... yes. but "i don't wanna fill in any form and i dont wanna show u my payslip. can apply or not?" she say CAN! if you have an existing credit card can do it for you.. 1 week late fren got his m2kard....

kinda funny how an office with so many managers and senior people around  need this n that.. and all u need at this booth is just an existing cc...
