Went to one utama mbb there, the person that wear black coat serve me. Very impolite when I show him my salary slip, basic RM 2,400 also say alots of thing. I said i got RM 700 fixed allowances n somemore with letter from the company. I asked for his name. He don't want to tell me. Can I complain ? My net pay is more than RM 4,500 also he say so much.

I only ask gold. he said basic must RM 2,500 sweat.gif I know I don't have but annum fulfil alr ma.

Gen-X , my payment very cantik one .... never pay late,always more than minimum payment. I left only 3 now... also wanna banyak kecoh those MBB staff. Left HLB Classic,SC Platinum and UOB One card only...

He don't have name tag on him. I ask politely can I know his name,he said no need to know my name.. Feel like wanna screw him. I try look around where got MBB counter in shopping mall and see how.

I already no mood when he layan me like this. I enter,I press number,greet him good morning he smile to me,when I said I wanna apply mb2u card,his face change and change his tune and ask me how much is my basic.. I said 2.2 then his face change lagi shakehead.gif . He is the only one wear black coat and others all just basic formal. I believe his is the person in charge at there. Lazy to ask somemore. Another malay guy called Azrin come and calm me down when I start to raise my voice up abit then that fella go took my ic and do photocopy,that guy said this fella is like this sweat.gif

Yes,my basic is only RM 2,400. Typo but he keep said must 2.5. Damm him .. I said I got letter of my fixed allowance also he tak mau layan.

Complained this on last night on FB MBB,after that gave my number. Just received a call from MBB and they said they will investigate this issue which is their staff treat me un-politely. I waiting to know his name and wanna go back and shoot him.

Hello ! I came here to give you business u know? This is the way MBB treats customer ?

Due to urgency, I followed his instruction and furnished a photocopy of my IC and opened a basic SA.
Immediately after that, I went back home and filed a complaint. I did not jot down his name but I mentioned time&date. I received call within 5 minutes and they promised to investigate on this matter. Most important thing is, they agree that the staff MUST NOT ASK CUSTOMER TO PHOTOCOPY IC ON THEIR OWN if the customer did not provide one. So I knew I was right.

Ok , let me update my case first. laugh.gif

This evening around 5.30PM , a person called Ms Yati , she said she from MBB HQ KL. Asking me to explain the story to her again and after I explained,she keep apologize on behalf of that jerk who don't give me a good service. Then she said she will investigate. Another 30 minutes,another person called, She is Ms Audra and she said she is MBB 1UTama Branch Manager,she also listen to my same story and she also keep say sorry. That is not the way of customer service. At last I know the person name but I don't know I shall announce here or not. She said she will help me to do 2nd appeal and see how. If not success,I just wait. At least all MBB staff call me,all also talk politely and the branch manager somemore can joke with me. Not bad.. I definite will go back to her if I need MBB stuff.
