However, according to the website, seems like the internet banking service is only for Option II, but you confirm even option I has the internet banking service?

and the "(except GIRO)" does that mean GIRO from internet is not provided? can only do in ATM?

Zero annual fee ? That only applies to select card types, for instance the ESSO VISA debit card which is totally annual fee free. Some other card needs you to swipe the card x times and annual fee will be automatically waived. PBB Day2Day VISA debit card annual fee is indeed RM8. Not sure if they now issue the PBB D2D VISA to basic savings account though...

The zero interest rate is not true.

The first one says "PREAUTH SALE" and it has been refunded under "REV PREAUTH"
The second one just says "SALE" and it has not been refunded yet.
I've contacted the seller and according to them, they have already given a refund. So is this the bank's fault?
Thanks

Is the Merchant fault...
PreAuth Sale meaning they hold a certain amount then the bank only charge u back according to the actual exchange rate or amount hence it become Sale
Then Bank refund back the hold amount so it was Rev PreAuth Sale....

3. If i apply in branch, can it process immediately and give me the card? (I wonder because the name need to printed on the card, right?
4. will the esso debit statement account automatically include in my PBebanking account? (currently i have one online account with my saving account on it)

1. Yes.
2. I got my card within 2 weeks and my pin number about a week later.
3. You will still have to wait for them to send you the card even if you apply from a PB branch. My friend applied from a branch while I applied online.
4. No comment since I don't have any account with PB.

Thanks for your reply

I think apply online is more convenient since apply in branch still need to wait for the card.

Is the flow look like this? blush.gif
1. apply online
2. received card (~2 weeks)
3. contact PBB for card received
4. PIN received (~1 week)
5. Bank in amount to the account
6. Card ready to use
7. Call PBB for adding this account to my current PBB online account

Thanks you for take your time for reading notworthy.gif
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

just tried to apply the Esso debit online, after filling all the stuff.

How do i enclose the signed customer copy and IC copy to Public Bank Card Service? only by post? cannot email??? sad.gif
