Same thought as you but there is another column stated First four (4) cash withdrawals in a month at any Maybank ATM FREE.

The card is linked to Global Access Account-i (Current Account).

As long as Maybank MasterCard Debit Card, I believe you will get those privilege. My basic saving account is Maybank MasterCard Debit Card, enjoy those discounts.

interest rate so low and limited currency. not even currency for indonesia, thailand, vietnam (ASEAN)

Still ok for me.
Can throw away Merchatrade Visa (and Wise Visa).

True, I will throw away merchantrade! their system is crap, most of the time their system either down or very hard to reach out to their CS.

I would still keep wise to receive money for overseas account. But Maybank claims got 18 currency but at MAE only got less than 10

Hope they will add more currency gradually.

if you seldom withdraw cash, opt for NO debit card annual fee option,
first 4 ATM withdrawal is free per month, every subsequent withdrawal will be charged RM0.50/withdrawal.
the free quota refreshes every calender month

By default no fee option, you can choose for free option when you open account via MAE app.

Any changes later need to go to branch.

Noticed that MBB just remove it. Why?

I think they screwed up many thing, only 18 currencies! Promote more currency lah aiyo

I applied last week thursday, once the account approve auto deduct rm8... walk in to branch say dont know what account is this... online customer service say is a must to deduct rm8 for annual fee... but website clearly mentioned it is free and the annual fee is upon walk in to branch to active it... somehow they mess it up... until now they cannot settle my rm8...

I applied just now. Yes damn charged me RM8 too. I told the CS these isn't any option for me to select. I no need unlimited. By right all free. The CS no idea. She will feedback to management. Lousy.

Another things is this account I only can see from MAE app. Website login not show up.

Same S(H)ITuation lor... they say if i dont want the unlimited must select when open account... somehow i blind, cannot see where is the option and reading to what the FAQ it says go to branch go for the RM8... Harimau...

This harimau got new product also no do marketing. Apa la harimau. Then all their staff also duno.
