i was offer to apply this new Aeon member Plus Debit card

the CS i check with confirm can reload the card using credit card at counter (3-4 different cs in different locations) but when i go to counter all the staff says cash only...

went to customer service counter say can reload with credit card using their Aeon App... after register only find out can reload using FPX (means cash from your account la)

Any sifu here have successfully reload it with credit card?

I applied last week thursday, once the account approve auto deduct rm8... walk in to branch say dont know what account is this... online customer service say is a must to deduct rm8 for annual fee... but website clearly mentioned it is free and the annual fee is upon walk in to branch to active it... somehow they mess it up... until now they cannot settle my rm8...

Same S(H)ITuation lor... they say if i dont want the unlimited must select when open account... somehow i blind, cannot see where is the option and reading to what the FAQ it says go to branch go for the RM8... Harimau...

Sorry bro, after walk in to branch yet they are finding ways to refund my RM8... since last thursday eventually...

Got officer call me up on Friday told me once i got the Debit card and they will wave it for me...

Yesterday got the card, today walk in... still no solution, still walking around counter call up their call centre... end up ask me u go back n wait la... no point waiting at the branch..

thats the thing... cause from their system the annual fee option is default as YES, thus we need to walk in to request it to NO only can go for the 4 Free withdrawal, which is the other way round from what was written in the FAQ and Website...

So far your case any feedback from them???

After 1 week... finally my RM8 came back to papa...

1. Make complain to branch - No idea what account is that. show them FAQ they still say need to get the debit card 1st.

2. Email Harimau, cc bnm - They push it to the branch i visit to settle it. So branch officer call me say wait for the debit card 1st.

3. Debit card sampai - walk in to branch. Say can refund but to makesure next year they dont charge me, also show me that the option is NO to AF now. Waiting for 1 hour than ask me go back 1st they will call me. 5.30 pm say money refunded, they have confirmed with HQ etc.

if that really happen than just cancel it lor...

cause i ad got Harimau basic saving account which come with free AF debit card, no point to have so many debit card also and i'm not going to draw any foreign currency overseas pun...

Change TnC liao... so early bird got discount lor...
