it's a very small amount of RM8, they will just waive it.
my case is branch change my option from free 4 withdrawal to RM8 annual fee and unlimited withdrawal on their own without my consent. after complaint, they waive the RM8. |

At first the SC said like what mentioned here but I pointed out those info from MBB website and said that is not supposed happened. The SC said she will raise up this issue to Maybank Global Access team to investigate and can't promise when it will be settled. It is their mistake. If stated clearly there is RM8 fee upon opening then I won't so quickly go apply now because I need to go to branch to change it. Why need to create trouble for our own.

For those who opened the Maybank Global Access Account, can you see this account from https://www.maybank2u.com.my/ after login? It not showed in my maybank2u but only in MAE app. Another issue here.

i think not many including me will take the hassle to walk into branch for RM8.
