Already test this method using yournique alliace credit card.
topup rm 3000 and then withdraw (need to find atm which can withdraw rm100 notes)
so total rebate I get is rm 44 (after minus rm 6 withdraw fees)

Really? Must be some sort of newer atm. Right now, I only encounter mbb and pbb mostly can dispense rm100 notes. (mostly at large branch or bug mall)

Is MCC6012 quasi cash considered as cash advance?
If so it will not qualify for those promo that exclude cash advance?

I am new comer in this governement related services rebate participate for this last month. So to ensure that I got the rebate, I called in to banks to check mcc code, my findings are:

Paid RoadTax, SyarikatAirJohor and IndahWater bills by 4-April and just realised that  April is the month where people can pay income tax using PBB debit card to get CB for Govt payment, quota should be finished pretty fast right?
So I decided to delay renewing my passport and wait for the next similar promo as PBB normally has 2 such promos per year.

And also will use FCB to load BigPay in May & August to get the 10% cash back.

Didn't know Lazada has wallet, or r u referring to gift card?

i believe it depends on the mcc code used by lazada. if it is one of the quasi cash merchant codes, then it is considered as cash advance.

then need to check what is the mcc code used by alipay. if alipay uses a mcc code that reflects the nature of business of lazada, then chances are the code may not be quasi-cash.

Is Maybank debit charged RM 0.50 for >4 or >8 times withdrawals? This month I got charged on the 9th withdrawal but websites says only 4 times free
