Other banks have that too. Most are tied to Basic Savings Account and you will have to ask about it when you apply. Otherwise, you're getting some sort of non-basic savings account and have to pay annual fee for the debit card.

Something that I have to inform you and I am not sure if you know the details, a Basic Savings Account entitles the account holder to (8, EIGHT) free withdrawals per month. But, Maybank has a free option for only (4, FOUR) free withdrawals per month and is open to anyone to apply.

Being a person that do not believe in borrowing to spend, I wondered what is the best debit card available in our country today?

By right they will waived the replacement card since unauthorized person been swipe your card via online..
Unless your physical card been stolen (lost card by yourself accidentally), then you need to pay off the replacement fees.

CIMB now force all the users to change password.. Else you cannot login cimbclicks anymore..
Damn their security system getting weak and weak already..

hi. CIMB BSA with and without annual fee. the branch told me that BSA without annual fee cannot perform retail purchase and online transaction, however, customer service told me all can be perform in without annual fee account.

yes using bsa w/o fee. but i dont use my dc. literally put in the drawer. only use internet banking for ibg/ibft/efd transfer.

Like last time AMBank also request to change to debit card with paywave function (Mine one don't have paywave).
The card is automatic unable to use already currently (due to still use that paywave).
