Just go to replace new card, bank charge me RM12,
But operator said charge will waive

By right they will waived the replacement card since unauthorized person been swipe your card via online..
Unless your physical card been stolen (lost card by yourself accidentally), then you need to pay off the replacement fees.

CIMB now force all the users to change password.. Else you cannot login cimbclicks anymore..

She still say if bring old card, free, new mydebit card will charge
She deduce on my acc, PMPC OTHER FEE 55XX XXXX XXXX XXXX RM12.00, my new card number
I already ignore few month not to change password, but now after change always wrong tyoe old password

Like last time AMBank also request to change to debit card with paywave function (Mine one don't have paywave).
The card is automatic unable to use already currently (due to still use that paywave).

End up don't change the card and sometimes staff ask why you don't change the card after saw my card?
Because you wanna charge me RM12.. Is BNM been force by your bank, but not force by me..
Should waive for customer (by right) and this will increase security.
