-I already have Maybank VISA Debit and Bank Islam VISA Debit Card-i, so I'm looking for MasterCard-based debit card now. Maybe I'll apply tomorrow as I already have an account with CIMB, while the conversion from Bankkard is still free (for now).
-Speaking of fees, it seems CIMB Debit MasterCard charges RM8 annually, while Maybank VISA Debit is free and Bank Islam charges RM10. Other charges/fees seem different too.
-As a note, I can link my Islamic saving account (likely Islamic current accounts too) to these VISA Debit cards, at least in Maybank and (of course) Bank Islam case. So, I'm hoping CIMB also will accept linking my Islamic saving account to their new MasterCard Debit card (will know soon when applying).
-Regarding Islamic banking and debit cards, other banks may differ, as Affin Bank specifically creates "AFFIN ISLAMIC Debit MasterCard" (www.affinbank.com.my/ccards/debitislamic.html) in addition to their normal MasterCard Debit one. The same applies to RHB Bank too, as they also have "My Cash-i Debit MasterCard" (www.rhb.com.my/islamic_banking/cards/db_cashconnect_i_main.html) and "My Cash-i VISA Debit" (www.rhb.com.my/islamic_banking/cards/db_cashconnect_i_visa_main.html), beside their normal MasterCard and VISA debit cards. And maybe even EONBank, too.

Regards.
