Hi weikee,

Our online store is still under development and we are fully focusing on our resellers now.

Even we starts the online store in the future, we are not going to compete with our resellers, so you will probably find our reseller selling at better price.

Please contact us to get reseller or bulk pricing if you are interested.

I purchased the RB751U-2HnD from you and was promised to be already preconfigured with unifi settings and wifi setting.
And guess what NOTHING was set and when asked just point to klseet site which has no wifi configuration - THAT'S SERVICE??

You are really a good joker, the username and the display picture in the PM are Cloud Computer, it shared a similar name with our company name so you think it is us? Lol

Please, you must show more logs, so we know the truth here.

Anyway, this is not selective memory but your false memory.

We were contacted by CloudStore.com.my to help to clarify the misunderstanding here.

We are Cloud Computer, selling MikroTik products on LYN forum since last year, not to be confused with CloudStore, they are not us and does not represent our staff nor our company.

natzakaria is indeed our previous customer that placed order and COD with us in the April of this year.

In his first inquiry in PM, we did told him that we can help to configure the router on demand but we do not do it before the order is placed.

Several days after he contacted us on forum, he sent us a SMS to request for COD on the same day but we did not have enough time for our engineer to configure the router, so we explained it in the SMS and offered the guide for him to setup on own, he agreed with it and we proceeded the COD.

However, a few days after the COD, he started to blame us as he cannot follow the guide himself. After that, we never stop trying to help him by guiding him with more guides and even created a full backup file for the same model with completed setup for UniFi, so he can just restore it to his router then plug and play.

This customer is one of the customers that we spent most time providing support, even though he is just a first time customer that bought only one unit with us so far.

We are so regret to hear about his complain here. We are earning little profit from selling the device and the engineer hired to provide support is even more expensive than the entire device price, we are basically making loss in this order.

We believe very little MikroTik sellers can provide the technical support like us as we are getting so little profit from the single hardware.

For your information, the normal rate of engineer is RM300-RM500 per hour even for easy job, the support is definitely not free for us.

agreed. Mikrotik is not for n00b. That is why i dont need their rb750 series for normal home usage. I just need the vlan switch, and pair it with consumer grade router.

Although tempting to get the mikrotik router, but the config seems to complicated and not user friendly. Ie to run dyndns need to use script etc. Indeed, it is a powerful router.
