QUOTE(eric_tan @ Oct 3 2011, 12:22 PM) I did the previous class by Landasan.... Heheh day one so many input already . Anyway did u pass the test?Exam not that easy, specially for those with no Networking background. Exams very tricky too. How much they charge for the class? How many people in the class? Try to save or get sample exams from them. So share with others. Total is RM 1500 from Monday to Thursday http://www.trainingmikrotik.co.id/mikrotik...-mtcna--96.html |

QUOTE(JinXXX @ Jan 31 2012, 04:43 PM) cannot be.. i was sitting down looking at the winbox and i got router disconnected hahahah Have u upgrade to version 5.11?so it cannot be the said problem that you mentioned... on another matter.. anybody aware of this CODE I found another issue related to this, which I post here to save someone else some time one day. Changing use-ip-firewall also affects NAT. I had set up my NAT rule to masquerade all traffic going onto the bridge. With use-ip-firewall=no, this worked correctly. Once I set use-ip-firewall=yes, the router also started NATting traffic crossing the bridge. I fixed it by creating a pre-routing rule that put a packet-mark on all frames coming from the LAN, then set the masquerade rule to only operate on frames with that packet-mark. It now seems to work correctly - traffic from the WAN crosses the bridge untouched (but filtered according to the rules), and traffic to/from the LAN gets NATted. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r20255506-...idging-Firewall |
