no way for you to upgrade to 4.3 from your existing 4.1. Apple had stop signing this firmware.. Unless u have your 4.3 SHSHS blog save to cydia b4. If not no way, and also no way for u to get 4.3 SHSHS blog anymore. If you really plan to upgrade, IOS 5 is your only choice.

Nonsense. iFaith will only save the SHSH on the firmware you are currently on. If he is on 4.1, iFaith can only save the 4.1 SHSH. It cannot save 4.3 SHSH. If he is on 4.3, iFaith can only save 4.3 SHSH, it cannot save the previous SHSh such as 4.2.1 etc etc

Im in 4.1 JB now. Need to return to Maxis for RMA.
So i was thinking to un-JB it 1st before returning to them. So i should update to ios5 instead?

Additionally how do u guys do a format of data when return the phone to Maxis?

Restore to your current firmware with the saved shsh or updating to the latest firmware

Cant wait for untethering, i cant live without sbsetting, the touch assist not really suit me , not so bad with tethering jailbreak actually, since i not reboot my phone so frequently

i have done restoring my firmware to 4.1 from 4.3.3 .. still the same..

Maybe there something wrong with ur iphone wifi.. Should go to shop for repair

This could be a board problem .... which would make it an expensive repair. Ask around (not sure if WimpyKid carries any parts ... he's usually an iPhone 4 parts person) to see how much this will cost to replace.
