I think a lot of investors is looking at least around 1.5k rental for studio one room unit and 2.5k for 2 rooms unit after 2017.
Not sure if that is even possible. But for own stay, I think it is very very good. |

Last check on Sunday, all the 500k+ kena sapu ady.

I was there during the first launch of You Vista and I went up to visit the show units on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor consists of some rooms for contract signings/discussions. |
