From the last i heard, there should be units still available especially Block B.

No Prima / Affordable home in this project. Emerald 9 has affordable home (Block E)

Have you been there? It's not exactly easy to walk to MRT yet, no walkway.

Also they are still hard selling you city 3, lots of ads on propguru, grab app, MRT stations, I take it as it's not selling well.

This developer OSK has f up their project in Cyberjaya, underdelivered a lot.

You are right bro, i received alot of agent pushing me on U3 and E9.

Im not consider E9 as there with Rumahwip and Super high den.
Confirm not easy to rent out.

Building quality not important if it's for investment?
Imagine your tenant calling you every now and then telling u to fix here and there.
If the building deteriorates faster than usual gonna face hard time selling it in the future

Hmm I own a unit in YV. There was certainly alot of frustration with the developer and their empty promises but bad quality... besides the rain flooding the corridors during the first month (fixed by dev after outcry) so far I have not experienced any issue..

talk so much not use, see how Ryan and miho progress upon VP, so far, landscaping is quite nice. Overall better than previous. Like Mahsing , everyone say workmanship not good, then check recently vp Lakeville residence. Even binastra at okr, citizen 2 ,defect on common area, so far still acceptable. Remember, defect can be repair, as long is not crack on wall till can put finger inside. Owner say nothing much, but outsider eat popcorn, watch movie leave negative comment.

Currently left last 80 units in this project ya.

To be honest, this project is freehold, low dense (total units in the area is around 3k-4k)
and even there are shopping outlets beneath.
Block B even unblocked view.

I will be honest that I'm one of the SA, but I bought one of it to invest, hardly get a freehold with this pricing in klang valley MRT area.

Anyone interested can pm me.
