Even tho this is a duplex but in reality, it's considered as a 1 bedroom unit.. very hard to rent at RM$1700/month for a 1 bedroom unit at this location

If caveat issue settled, such big business news will sure see in newspaper. Since nothing in Newspaper yet, I think caveat issue may affect investors that wish to sell in the future

This I have to agree.. this developer build low cost housing standard, with exposed sewage pipe in kitchen. basic unit without anything

MRT will keep expanding, more station and more lines, more project will pop up around MRT stations all over KL and no doubt, some will be linked to MRT stations

5 feet corridor will pose as danger during fire evacuation, due to narrow corridor, evacuation time will slow down.

No one update the requirement for fire safety.

4 ft was implemented 30 years ago, when building are usually not so packed. 4 ft are enough for evacuation

Now with high density projects and so many units per floor.. it's a death trap should there be fire at night while everyone is sleeping.

for U3 location, retail instead of Mall, I predict that it will not be successful. It's going to be another very quiet retail with many empty shops in a matter of 2-3 years

If you have seen this developer's previous projects, the design and finishing are almost equal to Singapore's HDB in the 90's

They do not have experience in building real condo project, their expertise should be in low cost apartment.
