talk so much not use, see how Ryan and miho progress upon VP, so far, landscaping is quite nice.  Overall better than previous. Like Mahsing , everyone say workmanship not good, then check recently vp Lakeville residence.  Even binastra at okr, citizen 2 ,defect on common area,  so far still acceptable.  Remember, defect can be repair, as long is not crack on wall till can put finger inside.  Owner say nothing much, but outsider eat popcorn, watch movie leave negative comment.

do u guys think the retail lot inside the mall can fetch good rental? my friend has been approached by an agent to buy cos developer is selling some of the retail lots.
