Yes, the youcity beside youcity 3 is renting for about rm2k. Emerald 9 may pull up overall property prices. But the condo best connected to mrt is youcity 3.

and even there are shopping outlets beneath.
Block B even unblocked view.

Looking at this area, leaning to YouCity instead of E9 as I have a personal grudge against Guacoland. XD

Between YouResidence, YouVista, and YouCity3, the price difference is quite drastic (up to +/-100psqft).

What massive advantages does YouCity 3 have over the other 2 which justifies such big of a difference?

Reasons I can think of:-

1) Newer
2) Closer and direct link to MRT and Mall
3) Better design and build quality (?)
