Confirm is agent offering to get more sales. Is not right or wrong, but if can get more, that would be better for buyer😆😆😆

What mean by referral fee is u buy from agent and then u recommended friend to buy from same agent, agent give referral fee or some project directly from developer

Went to the showroom today. Liked the concept of connectivity, but am not sure about OSK workmanship. How is it? Have read comments in the forum that OSK isn’t that good?

Also, anyone want to share referer fees with me? PM me. Might book a unit soon.

Depends on what project you previously own.

For me, OSK interior are like low cost apartment after seeing their other project like you vista and you residence

If u can accept it, then go ahead.

From what I know, their workmanship have been improving based on their recent VP-ed past projects with Qlassic score above 80% like Emira Residence and Ryan & Miho. So it's up to you to judge yourself.

Are you sure the workmanship has improved? Someone in the Ryan & Miho thread says "Bad quality n worst material finishes...."

I'm only mentioning based on the Qlassic score they have been advertising. As for the remarks in Ryan & Miho thread, its just based on saying without pics. I would love to see the pics as well.

You can probably call the number at OSK's site for U3 or get some agents to PM you and give you more info
