I am looking at metro cheras link to sri raya mrt...which is within youcity radius....the youcity suite about 533 sf... now only selling about 300k. is this making money investment to sell at 300k?

There are Some serious challenges with this youcity. Best to wait till mrt complete see wthr can pick up/improve or not.

hmmm...in that how much is the appreciation for the first buyer? first purchase was 250k?

Actually if you find out 3 bedder price, and rental demand, it will be even sad compare to 1 bedder for You City.
