agree..please look at the current market..how many condo actually nearby or direct link to mrt stations..
the whole package..condo..mall..commercial surrounding mrt stations are not full developed yet..
by just looking at the area between stations taman connaught and taman suntex..there will be over 6k units completed within 5 yrs time
ignoring the fact that how long doest the market need to digest this...one thing for sure is..cheras is going to have a thorough transformation in 10 yrs time

maybe they think they r generous enough by offering 2.5k for early buyers signing spa..i dont really see attractive as their associate getting at least 3% extra rebate from buyers..
dev opt to give more commission to agent rather then more rebate to early buyers at current market...not even buyers get buyers sheme...excellent marketing
