Good place for own stay, until low quality tenant come and ruin everything

I have been visiting once, i saw several malay teenagers jumped into the pool and then walked around with wet body, and then sit on sofa. The guard was not even care about that.

Also the cigarette butt is everywhere on the floor.

sadly this is a malaysia thing... have seen high end condo in city centre suffer from same barbaric behaviours.

as my 10 experience staying in condo, i can see my condo getting improvement after strong JMB or MC take over management from developer, every condo having same progress to doing better,
if more resident buy for own stay they will more care thier living enviroment ,it will make JMB or MC will stronger
to enforce and implement house rule to stop or minimize some common issue like barbaric behaviors, Black tenant and other. but still need resident working together.

I m agree too , it is good location .when MRT ready and some big mall around .. if go with owns stay .. for sure . people like to rent when it is convenient

You vista dont have duplex unit and only pent house.. only you residences have it and located at 23 floor... all pent house at the highest floor...

Im staying at You Residences. The worst place ever that I have stayed. Im local and here its full with Nigerians. Have a lousy management. The guards are not helpful at all. Even if qe hang clothes in balcony will be fine RM200. Even if we put our ahoes outside will be fine RM200. I feel like living in prison. So many locaps have move out from here now. The guard will never open the gate even for elderly people that the meet daily n knows they r staying here. Too many rules and condition. Cant wait to move out from here. This place is turning into Venice hill. JMB the worst management ever

Hi... did you raise your concern with the management about Nigeria? Write a letter and dont let then to stay... haixx too many rules peoples blame JMB and if security too loose they complaint about lack of security.. human cant satisfy bro... if cant just sell your unit.. no point to complaint... Every condo is same now... Pak hitam is every where

think the fines are perfectly reasonable to maintain general cleanliness and facade. ever see a mid-high end condo with laundry hanging around the balcony like sailcloth making it look like low cost?

i live in a gng area where even though am the front house and basically know the guards by first name they still will ask my friends to register when they send me home or visit etc.

rules are there for good reason: probably to get the PH out which sounds like the valid concern here.

purpose of strong housing rules enforcement is to avoid you city turn to Venice hill...

Looks like you have 2 issues here - 1.) Nigerians in this condo 2.) rules too strict.

I think rules strict is to prevent illegal and vandalism incident happens.
As management can't stop owner to rent to Nigerians, the only way to control is to tighten the rules, and regulations. At least with this restriction, it will ensure security, and safety of the residents here go well.

I witness the guard at swimming pool to stop residents simply bring people to swim by asking each of the group to register which unit they belongs to, and also stop people from swimming with not proper attire. So I think guards are actually doing their job, and we should appreciate them to execute the agreed rules, and regulations strictly.

For Nigerians issue, it is mainly owner issue. If owner filter the tenant quality, then "Venice Hills" residents wont have chance to move into You Residence. So, owner please beware who you rented. Short term it might give you rental yield, long term the value of Condo will drops, also you need to pay the repair cost once those tenants leave.

Most u city owners are youngish investors i believe.
They have limited holding power hence profile of tenants are not their top priority bcos they dun stay there.
