Hi everyone, I just wana ask for advice @ opinion.

PJD had sent out the billing of stage 2D for my YouVista but now the disbursement was late by the bank due to the bank's the investigation of what's the reason behind the claim skips from stage 2C to 2D. Now the disbursement is ofcoz late release oledy and PJD is charging me interest of late payment even after I've sent them a request of waiver letter for that matter but PJD replied it's not allowed.

Am I suppose to pay for this late charges due to the skipping investigation by the bank and late request by the lawyer to bank?
For me I thk its really not ethical for PJD to charge me for the late payment.

Anyone here experince the same thing?

my previous experience with other developer, i tried my best rationalise with PJD it's not my fault. let them see some technical issue behind it, any reasonable person would consider this. communicate with the person who can decide in account dept, meaning higher level.

a good company, with a good culture in customer services would listen.
