We understand that KL-K sees things from their business point of view. However, customer views are not to be missed out as they affect the future sales of KL-K. Here, may I present the view from the buyer's perspective:

Internet user comments now go far and beyond in modern-day business: When I need to buy a car, I come to Lowyat forum for user comments, car clubs on that particular car make. When I want to choose what brand of vacuum cleaner, sofa is good, I did the same. I also search Trip Adviser for user comments before I decide on which hotel to stay and which tour to take. Here, the Lowyat forum has become a powerful tool where potential buyers will surf before they buy anything big. Here is the place potential buyers will read before purchase. I am sure the KL-K management is concerned and should then provide answers to adverse comments here to protect their image so as not to affect their sales. In business, sales but slower sales is not the same as good and fast sales.

Sales for Hibiscus phase. Will be ready around July 2013.
1) Corner unit 20 x 60 selling for RM400K. 3 rooms 2 bathrooms. Total land area is 220 sq m. Built up area 1,346 sq ft.
2) Intermediate unit 18 x 60 selling for RM220K. Total land area 100 sq m. Built up area 1,055 sq ft.

Sale for BSC Waterfront.
1) Intermediate unit 22 x 75 selling for RM880K.

Is there a Hibiscus phase? There are Duranta, Areca, Banyan, Bromelia & Oleander.

As for Waterfront, front or back row?

Is this consider low cost? Meaning the development quality will even low end as the previous project (bromelia, duranta, bayan)?
KLK really need to rectified on their quality of the BSC township. With reading though this forum, for sure those coming buyer will have more query to KLK rclxms.gif

At the corner part of the development land, near to Surau and kindegarden. At least the subsales price is attractive.

I meaned the small linked houses with subsale price about rm200k+ is attractive. I dont know whether the mentioned 22x75 (rm880,000) is belonging to shoplots or linked houses?

Yes, shoplots are priced differently. I now remember the mention of the term 'water front' by an old posting sometime ago. However, whenever, and if someone is seriously posting an ad. here for sale now, what is it should have been mentioned to help buyers decide. I wouldn't be bothered to search at all.
What is selling to him or her?

I am a first time house buyer. Someone tell me there is this Bandar Coalfields before...so did some search myself. From what I gather here, and my visit there, the house quality is ok and prices too quite ok. Some buyers raise some issues here but no answer from developer:(
I think they don't bother because cheap and good home mah...
I will wait and see how the area look like after awhile....as my fiancee and me hope to be staying in a good looking township. Nice car+nice home+posh looking town is our dream... Can show off a bit to friends and relatives. The opposite Desa Coalfields is out of our consideration altogether as it is darn plain looking for young professionals like us!!
