I am a first time house buyer. Someone tell me there is this Bandar Coalfields before...so did some search myself. From what I gather here, and my visit there, the house quality is ok and prices too quite ok. Some buyers raise some issues here but no answer from developer:(
I think they don't bother because cheap and good home mah...
I will wait and see how the area look like after awhile....as my fiancee and me hope to be staying in a good looking township. Nice car+nice home+posh looking town is our dream... Can show off a bit to friends and relatives. The opposite Desa Coalfields is out of our consideration altogether as it is darn plain looking for young professionals like us!!

Well, if sellers can advertise info here for sale, I too can seek info here as a buyer!! I came here to give my opinion on BSC and it somehow leads naturally to where else to buy lo.... not leave for nothing or my time is wasted making a posting here, right?

Serious and mature buyers.. more to it is the satisfaction! Invest lots of money, so not for something ok only. Modern management school of thought go for products that can 'delight' your customers over and above what is being ok.

eg. many customers frown at a plain looking but reliable japanese car with no touch screen GPS, no reverse camera and opt for the korean cars with all these features. Up and coming korean brands are just as good as established Japanese ones. One that is delightful to look and engine last too. Ask me and I go for the latter, and here I am talking of a home that comes with added features.

Busy just a quick correction: I saw and knew BSC homes are good quality and price ok. Don't misquote me. Just the added stuff around the area I think the developer is silent on and that' why i thought of waiting. Meanwhile if something else comes, will switch plan. Thanks anyway for the tips. We are in fact into iprop. there already.
