Hi, I am a new follower of this thread since I am interested in landed property, but wondering the decision of the owner here if they are not from this part ( sg buloh, kepong, Hulu selangor), what make them to invest there , since this place relatively isolated to other place except those place I mentioned above.....

To the contrary bro, KLK is moving extremely fast. If I am not mistaken, KLK had within a 9 mth. period launched 'Bromelia', 'Duranta', 'Banyan' & 'Oleanda' - totaling 555 units (of which 128 units are semi-D's), and expected to be delivered, on schedule, by the 2nd. Quarter of 2013. Most other developers imo, who has similar township development, would have spread the 555 units over 3-4 phases with a lapse of 6-9 mths in between each phase. On top of that, 50 units of 18'x60' med/cost 2-sty. hse, 128 units of 'Areca' & 80 units of shoplots are being constructed simultaneously & in advance stages of construction. Then there are another 142 units of 'Banyan II' semi-D's

While all this is going on, I was told KLK will be launching, by the 2Q of 2013, the 20'x70' 2-sty. link houses, etc. towards the Sg. Buloh prison side where land clearing is in progress.
I am no soothsayer, but I remain positive and believe KLK has the reputation & financial clout to deliver.

I wish all the buyers of BSC will one day look back and say "I have made the right decision and am proud to call this home"

Do not deceive yourself, you asked others from here to join a close group in facebook. Then it occurs to all that there is no screening there at all, meaning that fb group has no difference from this Lowyat forum at all. Then when that group's identity was established, you then suddenly ask all to move over to your own personal new forum subscribed by you. You didn't even say it is a close forum. I wonder whether it was intended to be an open forum to get more from here to join. Even new at start, I saw property advertisements there already. Much later and only after I stated the need for close door discussions, you then said members will be vetted. You didn't even thank me on taking up my ideas. Or are you doing this grudgingly?

This goes to show that obviously you know there are privy matters to protect us from the outside world yet you also at the same time set up another open forum in the form of a facebook page under the logo of BSC, where you insisted you as the administrator don't want to limit anyone who 'like' the page to pose anything. This page will be for anyone who are friends of friends to see. This despite you acknowledging the risk that info from the group might be posted there, and this includes privy matters like traders who give discounts.

You gave a superficial respond: you said if traders are not comfortable with their discounts being known by others, then don't sell at all. This is naive. If you are unlucky, you will meet those you can tell this or that, but they need your business badly and will just sell to you for a discount and hope nothing will happen next. If you expose their discounts and make them lose their dealership, then only they see the consequences and feel the pain, and they will come for you. As you scream: "I told you .." the knife will still be plunged, then you will be told that you are ungrateful and ignored their need to earn, even as they have earned less from you!

For the benefit of BSCians who were not in the fb group:
Your approach is: close at start and let loose at the end. This is inconsistency. Obviously, I know you don't want to reveal the reason for this. Or since I have quit the group for some days already, have you changed your stand of late? Before, I can find it even without the need to click 'like' but now I can't see it. I don't seem to be able to find the BSC fb page anymore. I see its usefulness to spread the name of BSC. The spread will be the no. of all who 'like' plus all their friends! This will help those of us who wish to sell our properties later. I have only requested that you the administrator should be the only one to post non-confidential news there, for all to see and even comment, but you spoiled this by saying anyone can post any topic. Btw, you have 'unfriend' me soon after, so thank you for making my friend list cleaner without you.

Do not demean others' knowledge on this. They are watching you.

Oh! You should come out clear on what you are LOLing at. If it is meant for the stupidity of any such 'community' purchases that was going to be done according to the means that we had discussed earlier, I would agree and give another round of LOL...! but if you are reacting to my reasoning on the subject matter, pardon me,you had a terrible miss again, this time around, your thinking faculty had clearly shrunk from a previous 1 sentence kind of utterance to a 3-letter exclamation...haha...I can well accept this kind of response if we meet in a game forum or msn messenger...I do have much time for these, but will go selective on who to chat with.

thanks for the shots. too bad on the cheap fencing, but can't complain as we didn't pay top dollar anyway i think for the money paid, it's acceptable.

KLK has a vast land there, but in doing property, KLK is too lame. not ambitions as
SP setia, gamuda. they really turned Setia Alam or Kota Kemunting to a modern township.
KLK started off with Desa Coalfield 2001, till now no banks, hypermarket, schools moved in, because no economical scale or population to support business. Hence the property appreciating slowly.
Desa Coalfield, many chinese invested but let go years later, new ownerships are Indian or Malay from nearby estate or kampung.
with the development of BSC, looks also slow, i wonder will Chinese move there to live, too limited amenities for Chinese. tough the price of houses is cheapest in KV freehold landed property.
many BSCian may not like my comments, but i'm also the house owner in Desa coalfield, just to share my view neutrally.
Hope KLK will change the "town" and situation soon.

hi cket, your comments are fair! i also hope that KLK is determined to make the township successful. it's unfortunate DC has taken so long to appreciate, but hopefully with the Greater KL focus over the next 10 or so years , it picks up!

It is true desa coalfields population didn't seem sufficient to attract businesses much. Hopefully when Bandar Seri Coalfields population is added in, it can make a difference!

Kuala Selangor will be the next area that will boom

Thanks. There is widening of Jalan Kuala Selangor and Jalan Meru Tambahan! The widening of Jln. Kuala Selangor from the boundary with KL, Sg. Buloh all the way to the whole of Kuala Selangor will greatly encourage people from K. selangor to buy property in BSC and Puncak Alam! The widening of the road from the traffic light outside BSC to Puncak Alam is a breeze quick journey for BSC folks to go shop and eat in Puncak Alam where development now is centered. This is a great improvement to facilities! The Selangor Govt. should link up the widening of Jln. K. Selangor from its border all the way to the LDP. Then travelling from I Utama PJ to BSC K. will be much faster!

Do you notice the left corner unit is without balcony and less windows ? Any idea why its different ?
