Just got my family an unit of Areca, planning for own stay.

Btw, mind to share which bank did you obtain housing loan? What is the max loan margin? Rate? KLK didn't list their panel banker...

Latar is north of BSC. It connects Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang to Jln. K Selangor near BSC, while GCE ( Guthrie Corridor Expressway) connects the south ie. Shah Alam and Subang to BSC and Puncak Alam.  Now DASH is being built to connect the center from PJ east starting at the LDP across Mutiara Damansara to the west to join GCE and beyond.  You can see it more like running parallel to Persiaran Surian and Jalan Sg. Buloh, as well as Jln. K. Selangor It allows us to skip the dead jam along Persiaran Surian and Jln. Sg. Buloh and also skip a long portion of slow traffic along Jln Kuala Selangor. A short travel by using GCE and we exit to Jln. K. Selangor just before Desa Moccis.
That way we need only use Jln. K. Selangor for only 4km to reach BSC. Thus travel time is shortened by skipping all the jammed roads.
I am not sure of the toll charged, but it will be smoother than going to Puchong via LDP tolls.

If BN wins, then sure will go ahead hahahaha

On the subject of 'commitment', some people object stroungly to any guarded effort due to the inconvenience caused to accessibility and why not leave it all to the Police? But once they suffer a robbery, they will naturally come to understand the need for such. For the time being, we are still lacking in Police personnel. So the need to fix the problem. It does deter crimes to a large extent if the guards are good and do their checking. If people accept that the objective is to REDUCE crimes as something rather than nothing, then the inconvenience and dollars paid is nothing compared to the pain and suffering and cost of treatment, not to mention the psychological trauma it can cause. Victims don't feel safe anywhere they are after the robbery. A lady quit her house after a robbery and she won't return to even be at the front gate of that house after that. She cannot forget the sound of her own uncontrollable scream and what they did and the humiliation she was made to feel! It is not what is robbed but the violent pushing, dragging and weapon drawn so close up that triggers the victim's panic flight reaction, and the resulting yell or body's involuntary movement is often what pushes the robbers to stab the victim! And lots of them will first chopped without any warning to floor the victim!

We should all reflect on the experience of victims and lend our support to such schemes. This is far wiser than paying for monthly club facilities. Of what use is there, being at the pool side party if you sustain body injury?

All such schemes require certain percentage participation for approval. Commitment is a vital issue here. Be big hearted to join and pay your share. The message: even if you feel safe ( some rely on spiritual protection), help your neighbors who feel threatened.

i already call bomba..  this morning again the smoke didnt reduce at all from last night and bomba said from their previous investigation.  the owner sendiri bakar..  now i want to lodge a complaint to JAS..  for almost 2 month la i think..  smoke sampai tak boleh nafas lah..  so selfish!..  haih..

Where is the snatching cases happen?

I visit quite often, sometimes late evening after work for some DIY stuff.
Generally don't feel afraid, because no people on motorbike loitering around.
