Dear all, got bad news! Someone try to break in to our house thru bedroom 4 window and bathroom 4 window. Thank god the window was grill from inside and tinted so its break but not shattered. Btw, im arecan and we have start moving our things and wanted to fully move in this month..

I want to  warn our community that our bsc is not save even its gated and guarded as they did not even noticed our back window is broken!      i even talk to Mr wong and the guard, it seems like they dont bother and only ask me to make police report which i did!!!

Alhamdulillah nothing is stolen coz all is grill and locked... But so sad and scared now since we have small children with us 

Careful with all the indonesia worker and other foreigner worker, the guard also cannot be trusted as we saw them let in motobike with two indian guy who just surveying our neighbourhood!!!

Most of the time  there is no police here.
Police here station at Saujana Utama and sometime 'singgah' here.

Recently our main entrance planted alot green..very nice....i like the fish tail palm trees planted near semi d....

Need a retiree to or someone with flexible timing + good sense to lead the RA. It's going to be a time-consuming, largely thankless job.

Actually no one like to involving in doing RA job. Same go to me. Also I think not many of us is already retired ppl.
Since this forum is the only platform I know many of us will be future BSC resident is just a kick start to let us come together first see how we can get as many as possible beside others(not from forum) to join and really forming a real BSC RA.   
I call for BSC gathering this Sunday 27/4 time: around 3~4pm venue at Duranta Basketball count playground.

I'm looking for installer for paradox also, so far Douglas from Belco Co. not responding...so slow...the other company (Stratel) suggest Mr Chung from JTC Sec also slow until now no quotation.

Don't used my reno contractor also, expensive and workers all Indonesian, give u high blood pressure every time job done is below average!!!

I haven't moved in yet, but if I find time I will come.

Meanwhile, some suggestions -
if anyone goes jogging in the evening, can write and drop a flyer/ note to residents there, since not everyone is in the forum.

Also can invite the security supervisor for some feedback.
