I want to  warn our community that our bsc is not save even its gated and guarded as they did not even noticed our back window is broken!  mad.gif  mad.gif  i even talk to Mr wong and the guard, it seems like they dont bother and only ask me to make police report which i did!!!

Alhamdulillah nothing is stolen coz all is grill and locked... But so sad and scared now since we have small children with us  sad.gif

Careful with all the indonesia worker and other foreigner worker, the guard also cannot be trusted as we saw them let in motobike with two indian guy who just surveying our neighbourhood!!!

Even in Banyan there have been cases of attempted break ins. My dad's house and the house opp me have been broken into. They usually strike during renovation period as there are no grilles/alarm system yet and people have not moved in but there are valuables around. Our contractors tools were all stolen, worth about RM5,000. Best move:

1) Install grilles early
2) Install alarm early
3) Install CCTV early
4) Change all your door locks

Usually the first 2 - 3 year are challenging, will get cases of break-in. Anywhere also same.

Hopefully more people will move in before the 2 -year security from KLK is over.

Need a large group to set up own security.

In meantime, will have to rely on properly installed grills, alarm, and good sense.

But the sign "Bandar" dam ugly. Maybe no complete yet hope look nice.
Counting on those break-in mention here. Sound a bit worry.
Some off those fencing specially at the last roll Oleander nearby to TNB hill side has start to falling down.
Bromila/Duranta has been already a year since handover.
I propose we start meet-up discuss how we can start our RA.

Need a retiree to or someone with flexible timing + good sense to lead the RA. It's going to be a time-consuming, largely thankless job.

Actually no one like to involving in doing RA job. Same go to me. Also I think not many of us is already retired ppl.
Since this forum is the only platform I know many of us will be future BSC resident is just a kick start to let us come together first see how we can get as many as possible beside others(not from forum) to join and really forming a real BSC RA.
I call for BSC gathering this Sunday 27/4 time: around 3~4pm venue at Duranta Basketball count playground.
Please reply name here for those coming:

I haven't moved in yet, but if I find time I will come.

Meanwhile, some suggestions -
if anyone goes jogging in the evening, can write and drop a flyer/ note to residents there, since not everyone is in the forum.

Also can invite the security supervisor for some feedback.

Same problem here. I think their business very good, can afford to bolayan.

There's a guy called Winson in one of the forum thread; highly recommended by other forummers but also hard to get on the phone.

I will call Startel again to get a few more installers. If still so susah will switch to Blugard maybe.

If got response from your installers please heads up me. Prefer dealing with those who has established office. Otherwise can be very hard to get after sales service.

My scope of work is :

1. Install alarm - include hacking and wiring in pipes and replastering
2. Some other small wiring work, if can tumpang.
3. Install autogate arm - prefer DC Moto but will consider others. I think wiring is already there, need to install only.
