JAS already return call. they said that piece of land is belongs to Kerajaan Negeri Selangor. And rite now in the middle of 'pecah tanah process' something like that la. So JAS cant compound the owner.. just can pantau..

yesterday.. ada api lagi.. and last nite bau asap sampai masuk rumah..

need to call BOMBA again and maybe MDKS to take action. or maybe need to call Pejabat Kerajaan Negeri Selangor itself.

Been to JAS gombak for other purpose last month,
the officer there told me its common that area around kuala selangor has some industry like 'tanah bakar'.

they make an igloo like soil, put a lot of wood inside, and burn the soil for several month. when its dry/black enough, then they sell it for around ~RM8 per/kg. Its a no cost industry with very high profit.

this type of soil is really good for flower/fruit tree planting

i'm new here, just officially own a bromelia unit this month.

Few years ago we in DC having problems with the chicken factory nearby due to the chicken pooh smells.
We set up a committee and complained to MDKS via RTM and NTV7 sampai masuk court.
Now the smell is almost gone.
The chicken factory is just a few hundred meters away from BSC main traffic lights heading towards Puncak Alam.
Left turn after that small bridge for that small river.
That factory also distributes LTK Omega Eggs.
Back in 2009 the factory owner decided to gives some eggs to us as many as 60 eggs per house just to ease our anger towards them.

What happened after the court case?

Dear all, got bad news! Someone try to break in to our house thru bedroom 4 window and bathroom 4 window. Thank god the window was grill from inside and tinted so its break but not shattered. Btw, im arecan and we have start moving our things and wanted to fully move in this month..

I want to warn our community that our bsc is not save even its gated and guarded as they did not even noticed our back window is broken! i even talk to Mr wong and the guard, it seems like they dont bother and only ask me to make police report which i did!!!

Alhamdulillah nothing is stolen coz all is grill and locked... But so sad and scared now since we have small children with us

Careful with all the indonesia worker and other foreigner worker, the guard also cannot be trusted as we saw them let in motobike with two indian guy who just surveying our neighbourhood!!!

If robbery, they not only break glass but come with instrument to cut the grill as well like a recent case in PJ. Then they enter to ransack and take whatever. If your grill remains intact, it doesn't look like robbery, perhaps a case of vandalism only.

The court says sustained but with a condition and MDKS has no problem with that.

Lebih baik pasang cctv bang sebab guard tu bukan tukang jaga rumah unless you setup your own committee and setup your own security guard like we did.
I know that feeling becoz i kena once 9 years ago.

That true. The guard allow 2 indian guy with motorbike late evening around 6.45pm last sunday..

Chicken poo smell, even a slight bit is awful. Mdks is authorized to ensure residents under its administrative area live in a sound environment. If anyone finds the factory at fault and affect the alam sekitar, should report to MDKS.
