My friends live in desa coalfields and i got the chance to observed their security system, they hired their own guard who patrol 24hrs and they also monitored the entrance front and back 24hrs. They also have the community patrol by all residents by taking turns just to monitor the guards are doing their job. I can tell you i can see the kids are playing safely because I can see they guard round their playground like 3 times in 2 hours. They have very strong community council among themselves that for sure.

Nope, according to my last hop to KLK office to sign up my Syabas & TNB forms on the last mid-Nov, I've been informed that the VP maybe in end of this month @ early Feb, & those whom apply BPP loan maybe a lil' bit late for their VP (due to crosschecking & tallying the progress payment(s) done). After their last progress payment claim letter  on mid-Dec, there's no update since then.
Hehehee..I've got to know my future neighbours..

Haha, I would love to move in ASAP but after doing grilles and minor reno, I think it will be easily April or early May.

Paying rental and house loan together is a burden. Haha
*
Same here, already got MDKS approval for reno, trying to get cheap grill also, any contact guys? Definitely will move in once reno is done in early april. Went to the house this morning, good sunshine at the back of the house. Easy to dry clothes. By the way..hi Jiran... Areca 2A/1 here.

Hi affished/alligator_28,

Do you plan to reno/extend the kitchen? Are you using the standard kitchen extension plan by MDKS? Mind to share how does the plan look like? Btw, I am at 2A/1, a few houses from yours smile.gif

Happy CNY!
*
Its a standard plan from MDKS. You can extend your kitchen and bathroom until your back gate and its includes your kitchen cabinet. Pecah dinding and all the awning also count in the kitchen renovation. I also bought a standard plan for gate so you can reno your front and back gate if you want. Total cost I pay is RM927 but can get back the RM600 as deposit. Hope it help.

Happy CNY to All...me can't wait to celebrate Hari Raya with the new house rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Can, but have to wait coz the plan is at home now. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

In the MDKS form you have to choose which plan you want, kitchen and bathroom or kitchen only. the area outside the ground floor guest room also can extend.

I'm using Bluguard. What's important in selecting an alarm is ensuring after sales service is good. Bluguard has an excellent service network, Paradox as well so go for either one.

Thank you so much..will call paradox for further info on pricing..

Anyone who recently visited Areca can remember if there is enough space by the water meter to install an outdoor water filter - those sand water filter with backwash. Been a while since I went there. Cannot rember from memory.  If cannot fit, any other possible place to install the filter?

Went there yesterday... I think should be enough space. Btw got quote from the grill man for 3500 including courtyard rooftop grill and 1st floor family hall window. Using standard horizontal white grill with powder coated...
