Make a drop to BSC site today weather & site road condition was so nice I mange to driver my small car deep into Oleander area. From the Oleander road 1A/7 end we can view to far distance until Meru tambahan road.
Those units already complete we unable to go inside as all the door was locked!

Finally got mine yesterday, a week delay from the date on the letter.

Nope, according to my last hop to KLK office to sign up my Syabas & TNB forms on the last mid-Nov, I've been informed that the VP maybe in end of this month @ early Feb, & those whom apply BPP loan maybe a lil' bit late for their VP (due to crosschecking & tallying the progress payment(s) done). After their last progress payment claim letter  on mid-Dec, there's no update since then.
Hehehee..I've got to know my future neighbours..

Paying rental and house loan together is a burden. Haha

Actually I cannot picture where is 2A/1 and 2A/2. I think we are just 1 street away fr each other.

You are having full extension, right? I am thinking of extending the kitchen only (half extension), will drop by the MDKS office and have a look on the half extension plan. 

I am not doing it since the area is secured.

I'm using Bluguard. What's important in selecting an alarm is ensuring after sales service is good. Bluguard has an excellent service network, Paradox as well so go for either one.

Anyone who recently visited Areca can remember if there is enough space by the water meter to install an outdoor water filter - those sand water filter with backwash. Been a while since I went there. Cannot rember from memory.  If cannot fit, any other possible place to install the filter?
