I wish to thank KLK for providing security personels starting this afternoon, this make me feel the RM450 that we paid somewhat worth it.





This temporary security arrangement will act as buffer before RA is formed. I also wish KLK to take the lead to help the owners in forming the RA for BSC as they are in the better position in terms of contacts and experience to do this.
Every housing development nowadays emphasise security as a big part of its selling point; to boost its on-going development in BSC, KLK shall
perhaps subsidise RA in the construction of the permanent guard houses for phases in accordance to the Guarded Community requirements.

We all know how weak chain-link fencing is, here is the example. I believe KLK can do better than this ....come on KLK...just sacrifice very small percentage of your BSC profits to enhance your image and make hundreds of your current or thousands of your future customers happy and proud...

As hoped for, KLK has provided security for Bromelia and Duranta/Oleander beginning today, The commissioning
of the street lights is expected to be carried out this evening too. As for the meeting, you call the shots. I'm with you.

Duranta have electricity now, but still no water. But things are beginning to fall into place. Expect more good news.

The house is devide according house type. So eash type will hv their own RA @ BSC it self as RA protect the all community.

My oppinion. BSC need other type of fencing that more sstrong. Bcz if like now use playar oso can potong

Good to see KLK helping out while residents settle in.

To set up RA, will need to have enough resident move in. Otherwise cannot raise enough money to pay for security.

I think each phase will set up it own RA in the beginning, as the entire Phase 1 is quite large, will be difficult to patrol.

wonder if these are locals or bangla....if bangla, any different....

Shouldn't the RA be for entire BSC? In many mature housing areas, for e.g. TTDI, the RA is for all of TTDI and they help every "phase" with security and any other issues. Best if we can get retirees involved in the committee as they have more time (I'm assuming), and can keep busy. One RA for BSC will also be stronger, than many small RA's. How it could work is each phase should have 2-3 people in charge of collecting monthly security fees from all residents. This is how it happens in TTDI now.

List to at the list during inspection, they told warranty is 2 yrs.

Get my key weekend, good quality, grill installation within 2k. But one thing I'm not like about their TNB power pointy...

Overall is still good compare other developer.

Even got the Info mentioned latest sold price for Duranta is 590k. Also saw the agent engage with the hibiscus project buyer, heard is 250k +. Congra to those owe hibiscus project.

Agent even told the latest deal for rental is 1.4k for Duranta unit.

Aiyah! you and crab hammer got it all wrong. This is a safety/beautification undertaking.

whoa, if i didnt see the "before" pic, i wont know the drain hole was there....simply cover up like that can ah?

2k is quite a good bargain for grills. Maybe can take some shots for us to see. My Areca is not ready yet but 1st thing to do is also grill. Maybe you can share with us the contractor contacts.

hope JKR kuala selangor will upgrade the road from BSC to Latar interchange of puncak alam..only 1KM...but from bsc to interchange..it's too dark there...
