just wonder if i coming from kepong, which way is the best to reach klk site

Use plus highway enter from sg buloh. Then use latar.

Can try subsale of 18x60 in Puncak Alam Seksyen 3. Less than 250K. But leasehold, 10 years old.
In front of Tesco, price will move up fast.

B4 this im consired puncak alam. But the problem is with individual title. Not yet do mot. Still master title.

I read from 1 forum its takes 1year+++ to settle if at phase 3

I got a house there (not selling). Did MOT last year, 3 months wait. Since 2012 got individual title oledi.

After the Sg. Buloh Toll, keep right, take the loop and enter the N-S H'way. After passing the Sg.Buloh Hospital
exit, keep driving and take the next exit (Rawang Selatan). After paying toll (RM1.30), take the 2nd exit/turning.
Keep going till you reach the Kuang Barat Toll Plaza. (Rm2:00) A short distance away, exit at the Puncak Alam
Interchange. At the 2nd traffic light/T-junction, turn left into Jalan Kuala Selangor. About 1 km down the road,
take left ('Hibiscus' on the left and 'Banyan on the right) or you can drive a little further and turn left at the traffic

collected my key in Duranta today, very disappointed with the quality and built up, a lot of cracks, fungus on the ceiling, no water & no electricity, without basic utility, how come KLK can get CCC.

Did anyone know whether we can claim KLK for the delay? how to do renovation without water and electricity. KLK suppose give us a complete building with utility. Did anyone check with their lawyer?

The developer is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations if the electric cables and water pipes have been laid
and applications made to TNB, Syabas and Indah Water for connection/supply. With everything else in place, the CCC
can be issued.

huh, i supposed klk told me the reason for appoinment is that they need 3 days to clean the house before your appoinment day. at first i tot why need apppoinment all, just take key and cabut, then they told me need to clean the house for u first.....then so surprised to read your comment on fungus etc..

tnb, water - they told me water should hv. tnb is bcos got somebody kena blacklisted by tnb bcos never pay bill in their other house, then tnb terus stopped installing there...but now they suppose to resume d....

If buy kota putri its being to far. The development slow.
Uitm puncak alam will be the catalyst for BSC =)

STARTING PRICE 110k only I read b4. So the seller make profit 140%...

Waiting for prima home is crazy. Chance for get it 1%. Depend on luck.

kota puteri is about 7-10KM from BSC only...from my opinion..we feel kota puteri quite far from latar interchange bcoz the current road is zig zag..and palm tree oil plantation right left..but kota puteri is PKNS project..maybe it can be like kota damansara one day..the new launch puteri catalina already price at rm310K..and the new construction 2 storey link house at section 2 will be launch soon...

Kota puteri near to the the cementery =) huge chriastian @ hindu n chinise..

... but ijok oso growing with house. But develop by small company construct around 20-30 house each. Tanah lot maybe
