Latar is north of BSC. It connects Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang to Jln. K Selangor near BSC, while GCE ( Guthrie Corridor Expressway) connects the south ie. Shah Alam and Subang to BSC and Puncak Alam.  Now DASH is being built to connect the center from PJ east starting at the LDP across Mutiara Damansara to the west to join GCE and beyond.  You can see it more like running parallel to Persiaran Surian and Jalan Sg. Buloh, as well as Jln. K. Selangor It allows us to skip the dead jam along Persiaran Surian and Jln. Sg. Buloh and also skip a long portion of slow traffic along Jln Kuala Selangor. A short travel by using GCE and we exit to Jln. K. Selangor just before Desa Moccis.
That way we need only use Jln. K. Selangor for only 4km to reach BSC. Thus travel time is shortened by skipping all the jammed roads.
I am not sure of the toll charged, but it will be smoother than going to Puchong via LDP tolls.

The DASH highway is only expected to commence construction later this year or sometime in 2014 probably
due to protest by residents, especially those from Mutiara Damansara & Damansara Perdana, regarding the
highway's alignment. While I respect their rights to protest, proponents of the project should not be ignored.
Can anyone imagine the nightmarish gridlock if Litrak did not build the LDP?. Hope good sense prevail.

DASH's progress: As on September 2012, the Federal government under LLM has finalised the technical appendix of the project with PROLINTAS, the builder. That is about what I know of it. If Barisan wins the whole election, then it will be implemented. PKR has criticised Barisan for having so many highway projects. On DASH, my feeling is that even if PKR can form a new government or if it still holds on to rule Selangor state, will most likely have DASH as it will serve voters in northern Shah Alam. It will greatly draw people to stay and work in Shah Alam 2, Puncak Alam (BSC included) and also Ijok. Prozak53 is right on the importance of it.

It appears that any objections from affected residents are being taken and discussed for the possibility of realigning the route by PROLINTAS, not to abolish it entirely. I do sympathise with those who may find the highway right in front or behind their homes. That would be kind of like screaming nightmare. Good sense? No way man!

For BSC, DASH's completion will lead to a sudden rise in property prices. At Denai Alam, where DASH is routed to pass by, residents in the Lowyat thread claimed that the prices of subsales of houses have been raised very high like in PJ with this in view.

So potential property buyers, buy now, from the developers. Do not wait for sub-sales ( buying from individuals) or prices may soon go sky high when DASH is ready! Just see how fast it has happened in Denai Alam.

it will be more prudent to invest based on facts rather than hearsay. look at bkt beruntung, many burnt due to speculation.

until such time, those taking chance must know what risk you're into.

To gauge the market's asking price in Denai Alam, refer to Star Classified for house for sale in Denai Alam. They are pretty high. When most agents quote high prices on the same kind of sales, it is a good indication of the actual buying prices somewhere around there, minus the bargaining margin, or else most agents will not quote what they cannot sell and lose their money spent advertising there. We had enough experience with many different company agents selling our old home that way.

Bromelia park is now completed.

Duranta park comes with a basketball court! Basketball players would be happy with this....

BSC is generous with its streets lightings!! Bromelia and Duranta are lined with plenty of them too. I think this is in line with Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa,Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan's Safe City Guide 2010.
Maybe this is the biggest mixed development within MDKS currently and its new chief Puan Hajjah Noraini Roslan, wants to take this opportunity to set the benchmark for future development projects within MDKS

I think already some Bormelia & Duranta buyer has already reach the 24 months from S&P date you guys should be getting your key very soon.
KLK should make some special ceremony event for this very new BSC town keys handover.

I love the many road lightings! As for the rest area, I like the curved shape of the pebble stone path!

If no public is allowed in round the clock, then it will appear that only authorised personnel such as the staff of KLK can be allowed access.

It is good to guard the completed units as fixtures can be stolen altogether!

Whatever it is, we the buyers are happy to see these photos on the construction progress regularly. For KLK, an active update on the progress status helps to instill buyer confidence and that is good for sales. Thanks.

Note: KLK has till date not given a reply to my email. I need to accept this since I only forward a suggestion for their consideration, which does not neccesitate an answer at all. However, some companies do give an acknowledgement to show appreciation for customer feedback and this goes a long way to spread goodwill all round.
